Using Yes Altitude. Unable to update app. Clear cache and clear data play store, reboot. Still unable to install. Yes Altitude is also super slowwwww Other phone using Yes gets signal but yes Altitude loses signal. Disappointed. Can I return this Altitude and get a modem instead? Altitude is faulty. I don't recommend anyone using this device.

i like this app but its so hard to make purchase reload, debit card. it take 5 time to make the transaction complete. always stuck in opt request.

This app features are good but it's soo ironic it makes me laugh. When connected to YES WIFI 4G, it can't load the app AT ALL (SERVER TAKING TOO LONG TO RESPOND, CHECK YOUR CONNECTION). When I'm using my mobile data which is celcom, I can open the app and it loada effortlessly. So ironic don't u think?

The App keeps saying "Please check internet Connection..." everytime I press x to close a menu despite on 4g and connected to Yes. Why is the App having connection issues?

This apps keep crashing every time i hit the button 'Need Help' or 'Contact us'. Really unsatisfied with this apps and the coverage of yes. Everytime i am inside a building, the line suddenly vanish or slow ????.

At first it was nice than until it kept crashing and close, i re-installed it and its still the same. I coudnt log in to check my usage summary.

Hi dev, would like some improvement in MyYes4G apps: 1. able to view detailed usage by day so that users can control their usage of internet. 2. able to edit billing info (email, phone numbers & address) inside the apps. 3. able to view supported phone of Yes4GLTE Sim card within the apps. Would like some review on my suggestion above. Love to hear any updates from your side.
