Brainless app. Already login. When re install the app request key in card . If we bring the card what for install the app. Don't waste time to do this app.

Can't log in after trying for so many times. Same username and password can log in from the website, but not the app.

I'm just change my old member card into new member card and when i register an account in this app, it says that my clubcard number does not exist in the system.After that, i close the app and open again to made the registration but it says this email adress already registered. I'm not completely register because my new clubcard number does not activate yet. I hope that can solve this problem as soon as possible.thanks.

Can't even login. For those with existing Tesco shopping account, the app does not allow you to login. The option is greyed out. How stupid can the developer of this app be? If you give option, must allow people with account to login coz they cannot create a new account with the same registered email. Idiot!

After logout for the first time, unable to login again with same username and password. Error message 'check internet connection...' eventhough nothing wrong with my internet connection. :(

I keyed in correct username password n clubcard number multiple times for 2 days, but kept showing encountered error and asked me to check my internet connection, frustrated! Not user friendly AT ALL!

I change my old clubcard (blue card) to new one (with tng). Unfortunately, still can't register the card number. They say the card number is not match with their system. So, all the effort is for nothing. Useless!

Can't even register, just wasted 30 mins of my life, you need to get someone to develop an app that will at least let you register..

I registered my email and the sistem told me error occurred, then I close the app and open again to register using the same email address, the system told me the email already been registered. Then I login using that email address, error occurred again, please fix it. It's super unfriendly

After logged out for the 1st time, im unable to log in again Thought maybe problem with app, so i deleted & reinstalled it. Still unable to log in, error message said internet problem,been trying many times to log in. The app is convenient but u have to delete manually of the vouchers used & sometimes there are no pictures / description of the vouchers so u dont know what are those for. Please solve these problems asap.

Search is really really needed so that going through Promotions would be easy. Also, store clubcard barcode offline. And one last thing, allow to compare products

Pls refine the app. Really slow. Always logout when 8 want to update my personal I formation.

It crashes when I click MyWallet... :( Otherwise seems like a nice handy app. Please fix it.

Can't login. Can't register. Barcode scanner doesn't work. Manually entered that long card number for nought. A waste of time... OK finally worked it out. For those who can't login/register.. Settle your card /account login through the website first. Once that's done.. THEN only use this app to sign in.

Lame... still cant use even i tried so many ways... fix it and ensure this apps function smoothly then you ask people to use it!!! Not worth it!!!

I think it's better to put search option for promotional product other than have to scroll down all the way just to find the item that i need. It takes forever you know...

Like what other members complaint, error n so on, service temporary unavailable, very bad service, wasting my time.

I tried to use the voucher I dawnloaded in my wallet in Tesco Ampang to pay for my purchases, but the cashier told me that I cannot use them! I thought I can redeem my voucher using this mobile app without printing on paper?

This app is useless, I can't even register with my tesco clubcard, I uninstalled it...

Cant even used it. Keep pop up the notification regarding my internet connection when others app are running just fine.

What's the point? Previous app couldn't connect, updated app cannot download data.
