I purchased 2 perfumes. They are authentic. Other goods, im x sure. I x want to risk my money to buy 'em here other than fragrances. I browsed in some internet forums and i found out some items are not genuinely authentic. However they need to speed up the delivery services. It takes ages to reach to my hand. Pheww...

Functionality as inexcusable as it is inexplicable. Only pricing makes it vaguely tolerable. Routinely resets shopping cart, losing items; with no way to restore. Can't link back to product to review item from cart Support staff virtually uncontactable Delivery sporadic and unreliable

All my orders got rejected a day after payment. Written refund but i havent got any refund in my account. Where's the contact or email address for follow up? Give me back my money.

It's been almost 3 months and still unable to get the item I purchased.. every week tell me same answer, no response from Australia warehouse. Now encourage me to cancel the order..

I have purchased from them watches, bags and many other items. Just dissapointed with the delivery service since it will takes ages just to get my items. Latest, item delivery expected to be by February 21, 2017 but until March 12, 2017 it still has not arrived.

Product is genuine and sometimes is cheaper than other online website. Delivery charges is ok if we buy a lot of items but expensive if buy less item like one or two. Overall is good

Genuine products. Easy refunds. Just need to wait for orders to arrive. Easy to order and use on laptop. Mobile app needs to improve as it cannot link back to products in cart. To add save cart option but can buy later if product still available

My order were "refunded" but i didnt get my "refund" yet. I tried to message thru the apps & using messenger but i have been ignored, all it takes is a reply

Paid MYR50 for the VIP access. Can't access the sales earlier as what has been promised! It's a total rip off! It's 6.15pm. Now and I can't even access it! I want a refund!!!

Overall good app but sometimes items go missing upon delivery... Unsure how to contact & enquire regarding missing items.

User experience is really bad.... Can't even filter for "denim" and "men" together. Have to go through hundreds of postings.

Quite reliable.. if item is sold out or not available... money will be refunded. Experienced it once myself.. quality of things are quite good...

Genuine products can be found here.. I tried to buy perfumes from Australia using ChemistWarehouse site, however not able to proceed due to international shipping issue.. So I searched the similar items on this site, found them. Prize are almost similar to previous attempt, but luckily, able to proceed. Hope my things will come safely

Come on, youre growing in malaysia..why not give vouchers out to loyal customers. Other than that hope you fix the glitches in the app App continues to be stuck on loading page these days

Good online sales. A very good buy on most products but be careful if your product shipped from china. It might be of low quality.

Postage a bit expensive. Pls do some revision. Products sometimes not really competitive in price.
