So far still good for me

The delivery is quite late..last time i have to wait almost a week for my parcel and only shipped after i sent email of complaints to them..however, i love the packaging and their hr team is so responsive. Just please, make it more efficient.

1st time review on an app. As much as I enjoyed shopping with hermo..i realised they are so much slower in delivery compare to last time. Last time if I place order early in the morning I can get it as soon as next day. Now (my latest order was 2 days ago) after 2 working days I still haven't receive any email concerning my delivery (that means they haven't even deliver it). So I assume now they need at least 2 to 3 working days to process and deliver it and I'll only get my order maybe on the 4th day or longer :( . 1 more thing i feel disappointed is I can't use the app if I don't update it zzz. My phone doesn't have enough storage and I literally can't scroll and shop on hermo if i don't update

Hermo has been doing really slow in delivery recently (it took me more than one week last few times). I hope this can be resolve soon.

authentic korean skincare and other stuffs with reasonable prices. I couldnt find myself from not buying anything from this site. Please keep the good work ????

Hi. The recent update make me cannot make payment. It always tell me that there is communication error. Already try through strong wifi connection but still cannot make payment

Just when I want to use your app to give you some revenue, it crashes all the time. Couldn't even use the app. Why an update causes this? No alpha test before publishing the update? Fire your dev incharge please.

Need to uninstall this apps. I really want to buy some stuff but everytime i try to pay, it turned my cart empty. Really dissappointed.

The current update apps always crashes and the loading time is so long...please give us a new update that fix this problem

This is a good app though sometimes the items are pricier than usual. But in the latest update the app keeps crashing when I open it

I think it's quite a nice and helpful app except that it lacks the variation of product. There are some products that aren't available even though the brand is available. I'm currently eager on waiting for the triple c lightning liquid from cosrx ????????

'Details' section appears blank. Very inconvenient esp when you're looking for a quick research and purchase.

I may not be a frequent customer but Hermo has given me great deals and options to choose from. :) Pretty satisfied with my purchases each time!

The cart will turn empty automatic until i already bank in the money when i realise. i hope i still can buy my stuff from hermo successfully cause i can't even send the slip to proof i already bank in.

Why i cant place my order? Everytime i place my order it ask me to try again and all the things in my cart just..gone.empty.

Keep it up, get improvement especially the delivery service part.

Overall Its user friendly , but i hope it can improve the 'wishlist' layout, example: able to add tag by ourselves

Beyond than happiness receive email upon Hermo Malaysia new app. Will be purchasing soon with this new app. Can't wait for the official release too here. Thank you Hermo team for this wonderful achievement. Loving this sooooo muchhh!
