If you want a flash card app then this is OK, but if you are looking for a starting point in learning Russian you should look elsewhere first. A lot of the transliteration blatantly does not match the original Russian it is supposed to represent. It worries me that if such grievous errors in something as simple as transliteration can be made then the far more complex translation could offer very strange alternatives to the best translations. Potentially translations may be just plain wrong.

One of the apps that I don't regret to download . Good job for who did this . It's a little hard for someone who don't know anything about the Russian language, but usefull for who have an idea about the language . You will learn by repeat .

I'm terrible at learning second languages and its hard to find the right method to self teach but after finding this app, my confidence has sky rocketed! This is a wonderful app, easy to use and learn with. Great way to memorize new words. Great about no distracting ads as well. Give this app a try if you want to learn this beautiful language!

Very useful! Even has the transcription of the russian words. And no ads on it compare to almost all apps on a Android market which is so annoying when I'm trying to concentrate on a learning of any language.

This app doesn't have any difficult vocab and I am a person who has barely spoken russian in 5 years. It also doesn't really encourage you to improve your skills. Also the slang section can be shocking at first.
