About Type Kannada Keyboard
Type Kannada is a dynamic and easy typing interface that lets users to type in Kannada. The Kannada Keyboard layout is convenient and flexible.
Type Kannada can be used to Type Kannada in social media, messaging and blog writing.
Type Kannada also provides flexibility to shift between English and Kannada.
Set Type Kannada Keyboard:
1. Install Type Kannada App.
2. Settings->Language & Input->Choose Keyboards->Enable Type Kannada
3.Move on to a messaging app and choose "Type Kannada" from "Choose Input Method"
available on the Notification bar.
4. Enjoy hassle free Kannada Typing!!
If you are able to read "ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಸ್ತೂರಿ"(Kannada Text) then your phone supports Indic Languages.
Examples:
1.ಕನ್ನಡ - ಕ ನ+ಅ(double tap)+ನ ಡ
2.ಕಸ್ತೂರಿ - ಕ ಸ+ಅ(double tap)+ತ+ಊ(double tap) ರ+ಇ(double tap)
3.ಟೈಪ್ - ಟ+ಐ(double tap) ಪ+ಅ(double tap)
4.ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ - ಕ ರ+ಅ(double tap)+ನ+ಆ(double tap) ಟ ಕ

If you are good in your "basics" of writing words in Kannada (as many have simply forgot to write now a days :( ) .So those who don't have basics (kaagunitha) will definitely face issue in typing and conveying a correct Kannada word.
