Last app's design better than new design, new design a bit confused and always lagging, or error for searching (totally come out 404 errors page). New design not friendly use.

Current version hard to order and purchase. Also to add address also limit the alphabet and symbol. Overall the apps not user friendly

ever since new updates, there is no more share button to other application instead of fb and twitter. sometimes i also need to share the item selling to my partner by whatsapp. but how to do it if the button not available??

This app is absolutely crazy. Everything they sell inside is 4 time maybe 5 time expensive then others. And there not selling authentic product. So bad!

Dislike the New update , log in need go setting change. Log in & out can set in main page ? Like last time...

If you're gonna be stingy, at least save us time and trouble trying to download exhausted coupons, by greying/stamping out the button/promo or something. And advertise up front if the coupon is for new customers only.

Payment is almost immediate, preparation for shipping took weeks and haven't receive my product until today! Sent 4-5 mails to 11th Street and NOTHING. Seller keeps rejecting my cancellation and blatantly lied that they have sent the product over. GOOD JOB 11TH STREET FOR DOING NOTHING. This is a SCAM... Took my money and get nothing!

Don't like the new update. Not user friendly and not nice. Previous one better. Lately not much attractive voucher compare to previous years.

I 've been buying things from this app since 2015 and found myself buying here more than from other online stores coz they give cheaper prices than else where. Buyer can choose to buy from different seller for a product without worrying coz we can always read other customers review. If the review has lots of highly recommended, go for it!

Good for quick browse shopping. Users are advised to check the reviews and comments before purchasing. Some goods may not carry OEM endorsements and always be wary when deals are too good to be true. Do limit purchases to values within acceptable risk or loss in event of the worst.

Good services.. but if can have add a warranty details all product in product details site.. Although these products no warranty please tell and write, for customer facilities to know the quality and guarantee products that wish to purchase.. ☺

I think the notification ads is annoying. The largest ads on my notification bar. And i not confident with the purchase.

Can get really good deals! However, I have trouble getting refunds on shipping fee. Therefore, try not to buy clothes.

This site graded me as VIP but still cheated me of two non deliveries. I m leaving for Lazada, no problems there.

Seller giv an other product n other customer tracking number. Inform 11 street call center, they just request me to press d non arrival button only. After a week, no one follow up n no refund yet.

I have problem to retrieve the user account at side bar from mobile app. It is shown failed to retrieve data due to temporary network issue. Please check.

I think 11street should included the delivery date for any item after purchase.. The problem is..11street not included delivery date after we purchase any item.. Please make some change..
