Nilai U Evaluation App

This application's concept is designed for Nilai University to replace the manual filled up evaluation form. Only Nilai University student can use this app to the evaluation. User have to enter the application by using the valid student ID (Nilai University) to login. User can only evaluate on the enrolled subject’s lecturer of the semester. The report will be email after rates all the questions.
