i hope there will be a notification / reminder settings when there are new bills updated /available to view. most of the times we will forget to view even we downloaded / use this app. but with reminder / notifications, user will get notified / reminded. of course some might don't like this, so it will be better for user to enable or disable.

I just installed this aps dated 19/5/2017. I didnt experience any problem during registration. Just smooth. Could be TNB just succesfully settled down with their aps problem. All of you are suggested to try this aps. It may helpfull. No need to wait your invoice bill came in your letterbox though.

The 1st msg prompt out after installed is the Sys is having technical issue, unable to use and try again later.. this is really disappointed. Please improve your sys reliability and stability. Decided to remove it from phone

My comments 1) Fire the developer & those who give permission to deploy 2) Fire the admin who revert on this page. So arrogant and have the gut to say 'if you did not reply email, we cannot help'... Heloo... So many ppl complaints cannot register, some more want us the email ar... You cannot test yourself me... Stupid la..

Can't make payment via credit / debit card, says certificate untrusted. Waste money developing such a crappy app and ask for more deposit. TNB boleh!

Can't register. No error. After so many complain by users, pls don't ask me to email you. Pls try by yourself.

This app is useless. Just wondering how come some people give 4 to 5 star for this app. Can't even register. Need improvement asap!

The old app on PC was much better. Even had usage stats. New app is crap. Regressing like everything else

A report was send of failure to register an account for MyTnb app on 2 Feb 2017......today is 3 Feb 2017 and i have yet to receive any feedback from mobileapps@tnb com.my Please help youself first TNB ..dispose any dormant vendor and hire competent company ...

Tak boleh nak register. Dapat error email dah diguna padahal baru 1st time nak guna. Guna email yg kedua pun sama gak. Tolong ambil perhatian.

Really useful and handy. Easily pay your bills with this app. Check on maintenance schedule with few taps. Salute to TNB and the developer and dont forget the one with the idea. Recommended to all malaysians. 5 stars for sure. (Wonder if my account is secured)

This release version is slow and unusable. Viewing bills displays the no data, try again later message. Used to be able to before. Edit: App is more responsive now.

Can't even register. Never received verification code. TNB, you should fire your software developer. Don't bother replying coz I'm uninstalling it. Waste of time. Why would you want to put some uncooked app like this to con people?

Cant even make online payment via credit card keeps saying transaction unsuccessful. App can only view outstanding payment mot anle to do. Whats the point of the app.

Stupid Apps Sorry to say this but to register also having a problem. The Field to fill-up were requested Tax invoice no. but when enter the number, the pop-up message said the IC number is not match with account no??? Who create this app??have you test before launch it?? This app is not even deserve 1 star

It seems TNB still haven't fix the issues. Just download it. But unable to register coz app said email already in use. I saw lot of user comment abt the same thing.

Tak boleh register !! Error email kate dh diguna !! Padahal bru first time nak register . Syarikat besar tapi tak mampu nak upgrade apss mcam ni . Menyusahkan je . Takde mesra pengguna langsung .

I just paid the bill via Credit Card,but why i did'nt get any SMS or email that verified my payment already made??May i get a guarantee that yours will not 'eat' my money..I need the explanation instantly!!

Buat payment guna Apps ni, credit card dah tolak duit, tapi ending dia error. call tnb check payment tak masuk, call credit card check payment dah tolak. haiya. uninstall soon.

Sepatutnya sistem bill online ni boleh trace semua no akaun dengan pelanggan hanya perlu memasukkan no kad pengenalan saja, tak perlu ingat setiap nombor akaun yang berjela panjang, baru lah boleh dianggap smart apps.

After reading the previous user, I thought the matter was solved. My email also cannot register. It's a hassle to email and wait like the long queue at TNB. Last review is January and now it's August 2017. Don't know why cannot solve in 8 months. Waste of time. Uninstalling.
