Always have problem. Cannot even open the select seat section. Unexpected error. Close and reopen the app again still the same

Cheated my money then no booking confirmation or email tickets.... Call hotline cut me off every time. if you can't manage it then close it down!

It a quick and easy app to use but it always have "unexpected error was encounted" , when this happen it's faster to book via browser.

Please extend the capabilities of this card beyond ticketing. Even that I can't use the "Member Exclusives" such as birthday promo etc to purchase. Extending the capabilities could also omit the need to bring the physical card (who does anymore?) Gosh.

I love that I'm able to filter the list according to my favorite cinemas. But why can't I claim my free movie ticket rewards when buying tickets via the app?

Booking ID does not arrive even payment is made. Refund through cinemas' counter. Not reliable.
