Why does pos laju stop they online tracking system? Now im stuck with this lousy apps. Cant track anything.. Day 2 and yet unable to track... Their apps is as lousy their customer service... Please change your name to pos lambat... U sure deserve it...

Previously ok, but now the system is very slow in updating the progress, item already delivered, yet system shows item still somewhere enroute, I guess the whole pos laju system is bad cos when I check through pos laju website, still the same thing. Please fix it

Liked this app for its Tracking history, Only slight behind is in international tracking from others. POS Malaysia is getting more efficient, now they even have courtesy to text you if something wrong with your item. Keep it up.

You guys really want to shove this app down our throat is it? At least make a decent one. Poor ui design, apps a bit buggy. Do you guys ever heard or read about material design? Pasting tracking number takes 2 or 3 tries.

No point to check only. My case. Unsuccesful delivery without notification card. Call and email but no reply. do something with your services, at least call your customer before your delivery. 12 days my parcel stuck at pusat mel nasional.

Unsuccessful delivery. The last time i checked, the weather was fine. No earthquake, no flood, no heavy rain. Nothing. My address is complete and clear. So what's the reason of "unsuccessful delivery"? I think i know, the delivery guy is just lazy as a donkey.

Lag in update No real-time update And what the hell is "Unsuccessful delivery due to" ??? Due to WHAT!? Care to elaborate? Note for developer: Try learning from 17TRACK

Its not responding..and pos malaysia cust service too bad..so many time called n waiting so long fr online cust service to ans us..and download this app n this more worst..pls fix it

My last tracking number still pending in this mobile apps even i had received my parcel safely last week. Please updating your apps!

Must have 4g lte line to work properly.if u use gsm line only cannot trekking anything need fast internet connections.

I dont understand the negative reviews. As for me, the app works wonderfully. I totally love the app, it made things easier for me. It didn't even take too much space anyway.

it doesnt make my life easier. ive to dload this app just to trace my parcel ... one parcel... and the app is so sloowww, cannot even show the data in tracing my stuff.. this is so frustrating...

I hope that if it is possible, put the location of the poslaju to collect the package (eg. Pos Laju Jalan XX) because some cities have more than one Poslaju centers to collect from... It would be really helpful when we didn't receive the collection slip. Mine is working well with latest updates on my parcel information. Thanks for creating the app ;-)

When I try to calculate postage, I don't see anything on the pulldown menu, I had to guess my way by clicking on every blank space there is until I got what I wanted...pls fix :-)

Agak menyusahkan bagi saya. Nak track poslaju kat website, poslaju suruh download app ni. Bila dah download app ni, dah takleh nak track banyak2, kena track satu2 pulak. Adoiii. Tolong kembalikan fungsi yang boleh pengguna untuk track banyak tracking number dalam satu masa. Typical Malaysian app.

Latest update posted on 10th December. After that, nothing. The staff thats responsible for this job has done nothing. Makan gaji buta. Fxck off

Status undelivered.. Hey?? Item never arrive. Postmen didnt come and no notice leaved. Call 1300 300 300 till evening. All operator bz? R u kidding? Your service really sucks!!!

Detect Where and Why My Item Unsuccessful Delivery

Can't even calculate the postage rate for international mail for a weight less than 1kg. No any guidelines for the standard size for letters or post cards. All the look like not up-to-date the rate and others. If there have the decimal in the keypad sure no have this comment.

Downloaded this app to check how much is the postage to overseas but only showed error...

Apps yang simple. Perlu add on option seperti meletakkan bungkusan di ezi box atau membuat penghantaran semula sekiranya bungkusan tidak dapat dihantar. Ia sebagai pilihan kedua selain menghubungi hotline yang senantiasa kedengaran "semua pegawai sedang sibuk*
