No way to contact cs or track your order from the all.. either way you have to call the 1300 number.. what's the point of having app then? Order marked as delivered on app but did not receive the order even after 1 hour! Service is also very bad lately..

Worst app and terrible customer service! New feature allowed me to Use My credit card and be royally screwed by Mcdonalds. I've waited over an hour for my food and it still hasn't been delivered. However when. I check your sorry excuse for a tracking app it says my food has was delivered 2 hour before I had even placed my order. Abysmal!

Crappiest app ever.. Useless for everything.. Can't order anything at all.. Just goes round & round.. Shopping cart most times don't even come out.. Why bother selling through this app if you don't even intend to let customers order?

The fried chicken is unavailable for DECADES . WHY U PUT SOMETHING THAT U DONT WANT TO SELL?!?!?!? So annoying. I cannot even order the chicken online since last year. This app is so badd..

I placed the order at 8pm.. Eta was 10:30-10:45pm. It's 11:12pm, I haven't received anything..... but the app tracking says order is already delivered. Absolutely ridiculous!

Good to have an app on delivery services. Thank you for it! But, the Mcdonald in main place is bad as they often mixed up the orders. Kindly checked the orders again before sending out. Hope to see improvements from it. Thank you very much for the cooperation.

The apps is one thing. Every time request for a delivery it shows either temporarily unavailable for order or the items out of stock. Past 2 months i just manage to order 1 (once). If cant handle delivery just disable the delivery completely.

The app does not function well. Cannot proceed to order. Also cannot make call. At last, I ordered KFC, they have option ordering through app & make call. Have stop ordering McD since they stop the phone call service due the app issues. Prefer to order KFC and Dominos, they still have phone call service.

Dont bother using this apps because I never actually had the chance to use it. Its just mainly because 'the nearest store' always unable to deliver. Yup always. Goodbye, I will never use this apps again. Never.

Please stop this delivery service asap if you dont want to improve. The store availability is very unreliable, your delivery process doesn't care about how to make sure the food items get delivered properly, the delivery time is almost nearly 1 or more than an hour time as the delivery status is very misleading.

Cannot confirm address despite my address already in the system from earlier version, so cannot place any order. Calling 1-300-222 888 instead.
