Even though there is an option to choose to remember me but still need to log in to user every time use. My mother always complain miss many thing can't buy cos don't know how to log in while we are not around.

Every time goes in have to log in with user name and password, even though there is an option to choose to remember me in this phone. But this function is not workable. Improve your system, don't make customer log in every time if they choose not to log out after each transaction

Hello Astro goshop, please update ur app if u want us to use ur app to do the online shopping and purchase from there. This app need to be updated and optimized. The items promoted in ur app seems to take forever to load. With such bad experience it really reduces the desire to use it. Looking forward the faster, updated, and optimized app to be released.

Very badly written app. Installment option is not available and quite laggy when used. Uninstall after 1st use! :( if there's zero star or negative point, sure this will be -99!

Seriously need improvement for this apps. Always show empty content inside the apps or wrongly render content which is misaligned. Scroll left right or up down also not responsive and lagging

Bad experience.. Wanted to buy on air korean mask but when I try to register a new customer account it keep telling me that "you've previously registered, please verify email" which I never registered before. I tried register with other email same thing showed up. Tried uninstall and reinstall same also. Gave up!

This app comsume a lot of data.. Also the User Interface not that good.. Bad experience.. Never update since 2016 nov, ha.... Only know how to earn money, but didt know how to give best experience for user.. How to fight with other online buying brand?? Lazada??

The app so slow to open & sometimes​ not open at all, suggest to delete the live channel which slower down even more to access. Why not just shows the product which is period expiry only. If we want to see the product video we will go to Astro to view. If Goshop still don't care of the comments, better delete from my phone.

The worst online purchase. Paid using credit card but didnt receive the item 2 weeks. Called to every week to follow up but at the end told u " penghantar gagal, pls cancel d order n make a new." No consignment number given, no1 call or a note for collection is given. They ownself also dont know why penghantar gagal.

What a lousy app! I have tried to register but never get any return mail from go shop. Check in mail box under inbox, spam,.. Etc. Nothing! Tried to use other email accounts but replied I have register. Stupid app!! You just lost one customer. Going back to Lazada!!!

One of the slowest loading sites I have come across. Tries to load too much and therefore clutter even the main page. Simple could be better. This is not TV

Everything just fine, but 2 issues would like to bring up to attention: 1: always takes long time when loading hot picks, best sellers etc 2: hv bought cookware set n would like to comment or ask question but couldn't find any icon to click on

Not responsive and slow. Chat icon blocked the checkout button, very irritating. Uninstall after first use.

Very lagging, do u have enough server to provide us to review it? And app cannot checkout for payment. Used website better.

They said u will have coupon every time you purchase but I haven't got once after I purchase so many time . And the app is so laggy.

Trash app. Uninstalled it after 5 mins of using it. Expensive and overpriced, go Lazada and save your money there. Dear useless developers, pls delete this garbage

Don't promote by online sale if your server is not ready. Tried near hundred times and cannot even enter your main page, both website and app.

Too slow to start up and extremely unresponsive - probably the worst app of all time. Not practical to use at all. Don't download - better use the web version.
