Charge passenger more than the apps stated. Fix rate never apply for this apps. Still charges according to the meter. Please fix it. Is too expensive than other apps. SPAD please check this apps.

1. when open the GPS, can't detect the current location to booking taxi. 2. how much of the app development cost?? no user experience at all. and a lot of bug!!! 3. email me i help you redo it!!!

Why no cancel call function?! 2 times rushing to work and am stuck will taxi that take at least 15 mins to reach call pick up area. When first confirm the taxi was on the highway nearby and reflected 2 mins away. This is not helping.

Most lousy application created by programmer.no cancel button at your apps..have to call up KL to cancel bookings..improved your apps. Also your maps not shown where is your drivers..most of drivers are cheating say they on the way.

App sucks prefer the old version. Update ver always error msg unfortunedly app stop. App always close.... pls look into this... its suppose to be convenient for users but sadly its such a waste of time

Crazy apps..keep on sending me notifications every minute or so..i hv been picked up and arrive, had clicked the buttons, yet kept on saying my taxi is otw..

Booked a taxi 3hours in advance. Got cancelled 10min before I needed it. Thanks a lot. Waste of time. Will uninstall right now.

Procedures are too much, you have to call the operator to cancel booking & etc. Also I thought Taxi Apps were created to ease the discomfort of passengers(especially foreigners) from Taxi drivers who refuse to use meter, I was shocked yesterday when I tried booking a taxi and the operator told me I need to pay Extra money after the metered fare. Thats really bad, I think you should just quit this business you dont know nothing about customer satisfaction and efficiency
