+ Request a Guarantee Letter
Reduce the wait for a Guarantee Letter (GL) during hospital admission or when seeking medical treatment at the hospital. Request for a GL and monitor the GL status via the app at your convenience, anytime and anywhere.
+ Submit Medical Claims
Save your time and the hassle of tedious paperwork by submitting your medical claims via Eclaims and checking the claims status.

I can login o laptop, no issue. But the same login credentials is not valid on this app. Please check n double check before you release a product. It's a shame coz this reflect on the work etiquette of Allianz all the way up to CEO n CTO. it's as if u guys are sleeping on the job.

The app keep on crash when i click on the claim details. When the claim is rejected, it does not shows the rejected reason. Sucks.

The GL outpatient tab is not working. Whenever I click on it, the app hangs and asks to close app. Not user friendly at all.

Useless app, waste my time. We are losing our confidences to Allianz if the company cannt even develop a proper app for their consumers, and donnt even bother to respond to the complaints make here. Disappointed!
