SLP: Respuesta Ciudadana

Respuesta Ciudadana surge de la necesidad del gobierno municipal por brindar a los potosinos un medio para hacer llegar sus reportes de fallas sobre los servicios que ofrece el H. Ayuntamiento de San Luis Potosí.

La aplicación móvil se comunica con un sistema web, el cual provee también de una plataforma robusta para que los funcionarios atiendan a la ciudadanía con un servicio de calidad, de tal manera que sus reportes se canalicen a las personas y entidades competentes, que sus peticiones se atiendan en tiempo y forma, y que cada persona pueda observar de forma transparente el seguimiento que se ha dado a sus solicitudes.
