Explanation for the permissions:

AD company need read phone state and network state to display and improve there AD quality.

android.permission.WRITE_CONTACTS
After you create the ringtone, there is a choice to assign it to your contact. If you choose this option, the Ringtone Maker need to read your contact data and show them in the list, then you can assign the new ringtone to somebody.
Ringtone Maker will not collect your contact information.

android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
After you save a new Ringtone, the APP need rights to write it to your SD card.

Having never created a ringtone I knew I NEEDED a self-explanitory & USER-friendly app. I'd already installed & UNinstalled 2 other apps so honestly I didn't expect THIS app to be ANY different. But since I REALLY wanted to cut this 1 MP3 & turn it into a ringtone I decided to try at least 1 more app before givin up. Boy am I glad I did! Altho it seems to be a novel concept these days to market an HONEST accessment of your product this app actually IS easy & it does what it says it can do. THANK YOU!

I never had seen this type of worst app ever. If we select tone as a message tone in this app. It will never be changed eventhough u uninstall it. The same tone will contined. We never had a chance to change the ring/msg tone without this app there after... Worst experiance i had... Never download it
