نظام البلاغات والمشاركة الاجتماعية لأمانة الطائف, يحتوي على :
١- إرسال بلاغ لأمانة محافظة الطائف.
٢- متابعة البلاغات السابقة و معرفة حالة كل بلاغ.
٣- الاستعلام و البحث على بلاغ سابق من خلال الرقم المرجعي الخاص بالبلاغ. Communications system and social participation of the Secretariat of Taif, contains:
1. submit a report to the secretariat of Taif.
2. Follow-up to previous communications and to know the status of each communication.
3. Search and query on an earlier communication through private communication Reference Number.
