تقوم خدمة المركز على بذل الممكن وفق الثوابت العلمية لتطوير مستوى أداء الطفل في كافة نواحي الحياة. حيث تتبنى مراكزنا وتتخصص في سياسة التدخل المبكر التي من شأنها تحقيق نتائج أفضل. كذلك تقدم مراكزنا خدماتها ضمن برنامج علاجي تأهيلي علمي مبرمج مسبقا مع صياغة الخطة والمستوى بحسب كل طفل ومستواه. ويهتم بتدريب وتطوير الكوادر بشكل مستمر لمواكبة التطور العلمي والتطبيقي في مجال التدخل المبكر .

مرجعيتنا العلمية
يقوم المركز في برامجه على أسس علمية ثابتة منطلقة من مدارس عالمية مقننة. كذلك حقق المركز إنجاز من خلال استحداث وتطوير برامج تستند على أسس علمية حيث يطبق المركز برنامجي فعال ومنطلق للتدخل المبكر لأطفال فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه وأطفال التوحد. يتميز المركز بتنظيم الآليات والاستراتيجيات المحددة سلفا و التي تتبع في تأهيل الأطفال. يوظف المركز تقنيات جديدة علمية تأهيلية وتدريبية مثل كوجميد Cogmed وبلاي اتنشن Play attention و الغرف الحسية Sensory Room وأساليب الاسترخاء Relaxation Techniques. يستند المركز على مجالس علمية متخصصة لمراجعة البرامج وأسسها العلمية، ومتابعة الحالات. يشارك في اللجنة العلمية نخبة من الاستشاريين والأطباء

تتتخصّص مراكز تنمية الإنسان ( عبُور ) في تقديم وتطوير خدمات التشخيص والتقييم والتأهيل ، وتقدّم خدماتها من خلال 6 مشاريع منها 5 مراكز رعاية نهاريّة للمعاقين ،
ومدرسة متخصّصة في إضطراب فرط الحركة والتوحّد عالي الآداء ، ولديها قسم لتقديم خدمات الرعاية المنزلية للمعاقين من خلال عَقد متخصّص مع وزارة الشؤون الإجتماعية. تعتبر سلسلة مراكز تنمية الإنسان الأكثر إنتشارًا والأكبر حجمًا؛ حيث أنها تخدم مايُقارِب 30% من مقاعد التأهيل والرعاية النهاريّة في القطاع الخاص للإعاقات النمائيّة والذهنيّة.
تقدم المراكز خدماتها في 7 مناطق رئيسيّة لأكثر من 1100 طفل وبالغ يوميًا Our philosophy

Our centers also provides services within a therapeutic rehabilitation program a scientific programmer in advance with the formulation of the plan and level as every child and level.
