أسامة عيد حجاج، فنان كاريكاتير أردني من مواليد عمان عام 1973.

عمل في عدة صحف أردنية يومية مثل جريدة الدستور الأردنية وجريدة الرأي الأردنية وصحف أسبوعية مثل البلاد وجريدة المرأة، وعمل في صحيفة الاتحاد الإماراتية. يعمل حالياً في جريدة العرب اليوم الأردنية. كما ينشر رسوماته في عدة مواقع عربية وعالمية مثل www.cagle.com[1] وموقع http://www.cartoonmovement.com/ [2].

يعتبر أسامة حجاج أول رسام كاريكاتير يتم سجنه في الأردن وذلك على خلفية رسم كاريكاتيري نُشر له في جريدة البلاد الأسبوعية سنة 1995، وكان عن الإخوان المسلمين وآخر عن رئيس مجلس النواب حينها سعد هايل السرور. تتناول رسومات حجاج الحياة الاجتماعية للناس والأمور التي تشغل المجتمع الأردني، خاصة تلك التي تركز على فئة الشباب، وذلك من خلال شخصيتي "عطا" و"عطوة". كما ينشر رسومات تتناول الوضع السياسي في الشرق الأوسط والعالم.

على الرغم من عدم إكماله الدراسة الجامعية، إلا أن أسامة كان من السباقين لتعلّم رسم الكاريكاتير باستخدام الكمبيوتر في فترة 1996، وذلك بعد ظهور لوح wacom وبرنامج Corel Painter، ويشار إلى أنه اعتمد الرسم باللونين الأبيض والأسود باستعمال أقلام الحبر الصيني قبل ذلك.

نشرت أولى رسوماته الكاريكاتيرية في جريدة أسبوعية صغيرة تدعى «جريدة المرأة» سنة 1992، ثم عمل كرسام كاريكاتير رئيسي في جريدة البلاد الأسبوعية في سنة 1993 من خلال صفحة «شغب لوجيا» للكاتب الساخر يوسف غيشان، كما عاصر الكاتب الساخر محمد طملية في نفس الصحيفة. كما أنه جاور الفنان المصري المرحوم محيي الدين اللباد سنة 2004 وكتب عن موهبته في كتاب "نظر 4".[3]

انتشرت بعض رسوماته واشتهرت عالميا، أهمها رسمة "the world as we know"[4] التي ما زالت تتداول عالمياً إلى الآن.

ويشار إلى أن البريد الأردني قد أصدر مجموعة طوابع بريدية بعنوان "الرسم الكاريكاتيري" عام 2013، اختيرت فيها شخصيات "عطا وعطوة" للفنان أسامة على 3 طوابع من أصل 6، واختيرت شخصيات للفنان عماد حجاج على 3 طوابع.

He worked in several Jordanian dailies such as the Constitution and the Jordanian newspaper Al-Rai Jordanian newspapers such as the weekly newspaper of the country and women, and work in the UAE's Al-Ittihad. Osama is the first cartoonist pilgrims are imprisoned in Jordan, and on the back of cartoon drawing has published in the weekly newspaper of the country in 1995, and it was the Muslim Brotherhood and another on Parliament Speaker Saad then Hale pleasure. Dealing with graphics pilgrims social life of the people and things that occupy the Jordanian society, especially those that focus on young people, through my character, "Atta" and "Atwa". Also it publishes drawings dealing with the political situation in the Middle East and the world.

Although not completed college, but that Osama was of races to learn to draw cartoons using the computer in the 1996, after the emergence of tablet wacom program Corel Painter, and is referred to as the graphic black and white adopted the use of Chinese ink pens before.

The first drawings of cartoons published in a small weekly newspaper called «Women's newspaper» in 1992, then worked as a painter key comics in the newspaper of the country weekly in 1993 through a «riot loggia» Page writer satirist Joseph Gishan, as a contemporary writer Moh'D Tmlah in the same newspaper. It is also Gower Egyptian artist of the late Muhyiddin felt in 2004 and wrote about his talent in the book "four eyes." [3]

Spread some of his paintings and famous worldwide, the most important painting "the world as we know" [4] which is still traded globally to date.

It is noteworthy that Jordan Post has issued a set of stamps entitled "cartoon drawing" in 2013, the figures "Atta Atwa" artist Osama stamps on 3 out of 6, and selected figures of the artist Emad Hajjaj on 3 stamps were chosen.
