Öğrenci Ajandası

Öğrenci ajandası, öğrencilere yönelik bir ajanda uygulamasıdır. Öğrencilerin daha planlı olmasına ve zamanlarını daha efektif kullanmasına yardım eder. Uygulama, öğrenme ve çalışma verimini arttırmak isteyen öğrencilere, bu konuda yardımcı olacak araçlar sunar. Öğrenciler, bu araçlar ile tüm öğrenim hayatlarını yönetebilirler.

Öğrenciler, derslerini, ödevlerini, sınavlarını ve aktivitelerini takip edebilmek için uygulama içerisindeki hatırlatıcılardan (alarmlardan) yararlanabilirler. Uygulama, öğrencilerin çalışma performanslarını değerlendirebilecekleri grafikler oluşturur. Bu grafikler ile öğrenci kendi verimliliğini ve performansını gözlemleyebilir, zamana bağlı verimlilik değişimini değerlendirebilir.

Ders kaydı oluşturma:

Öğrenci ajandası, ders kayıtları temelinde çalışan bir uygulamadır. Sınav, ödev vb. kayıtları oluşturmak için önce “Dersler” bölümünden ders kaydı oluşturmak gerekir. Örneğin matematik dersi için bir sınav kaydı veya ödev kaydı oluşturmak için önce matematik dersinin “Dersler” bölümünden oluşturulması gerekmektedir.


Çalışma kaydı (Çalışma oturumu oluşturma):

Çalışma oturumu özelliği sayesinde ders bazında birbirinden bağımsız geri sayım saatleri oluşturulabilir. Örneğin matematik dersi için 40 dakikalık bir geri sayim saati oluşturup 40 dakika matematik çalışılabilir. 40 dakika sonra saat sıfırlanacak ve alarm çalacaktır. Bu 40 dakikalık çalışma oturumu verisi ile verimlilik ve performans grafiği oluşturulmaktadır.


Ders Programı oluşturma:

Uygulama içerisinde haftalık ders programı oluşturularak gün ve saat olarak dersler takip edilir.


Sınav kaydı ve hatırlatıcı oluşturma:

Uygulama içerisinde sınavlar için kayıtlar oluşturulabilir. Eğer oluşturulan kayıt gelecek bir sınava ilişkin ise bu sınav için alarm(lar) oluşturulabilir. Sınav tamamlandığında sınav kaydına sınav sonucu girilir ve bu veri üzerinden verimlilik ve performans grafiği oluşturulur. Bir sınav için istenilen sayıda alarm oluşturulabilir. Örneğin, gelecek bir sınavı 1 ay önce, 1 hafta önce ve 1 gün önce hatırlatılması için alarm oluşturulabilir.


Ödev kaydı ve hatırlatıcı oluşturma:

Öğrenci ajandası içerisinde ödevlerin takibi için ödev kaydı oluşturulabilir.

Ödevlerin 3 durumu vardır;
Yapılacak ödevler
Teslim edilmiş ödevler
Teslim edilmemiş ödevler.

Gelecek tarih için bir ödev kaydı girilince bu kayıt yapılacak ödev durumundadır. Eğer bu ödev teslim edilirse (Teslim edildi checkbox’ı tıklanırsa) teslim edilmiş durumuna geçer. Eğer ödevin teslim tarihi geçerse ve teslim edildi checkbox’ı tıklanmazsa teslim edilmedi durumuna geçer. Bu bilgilerle ödevlerin yapılma oranı ve verimlilik grafikleri oluşturulur.

Bir ödev kaydı için istenilen sayıda alarm oluşturulabilir. Örneğin, teslim edilecek bir ödev için 1 ay önce, 1 hafta önce ve 1 gün önce hatırlatma yapacak alarmlar belirlenebilir.


Aktivite kaydı ve hatırlatıcı oluşturma:

Aktiviteler genel amaçlı hatırlatıcılardır (alarmlar). Bir okul gezisi için, bir buluşma için aktivite kaydı oluşturulabilir. Yani bir okul gezisi ve ya bir buluşma aktivite olabilir. Aktivite olarak oluşturduğunuz kayıda hatırlatıcı (alarm) oluşturulabilir. Bir kayda istenildiği kadar farklı farklı alarmlar oluşturulabilir. Böylece istenilen zaman aralıklarında aktivitenin hatırlatılması sağlanabilir. Students calendar is a calendar application for students. It helps students to be more structured and more effective use of their time. Application for students who want to improve the learning and working efficiency, offers a variety of tools to help in this regard. Students can manage their entire academic lives with these tools.

Students, lessons, homework, quizzes and activities within the application to keep track of reminders (the alarms) can use. The application can create graphs to evaluate student work performance. These graphs can observe the students with their efficiency and performance, evaluate the efficiency changes with time.

Creating a course record:

Students calendar, course registration application is a working basis. All homework and so on. To create the registry "Course" section of the need to create a course record. For example, mathematics or mathematics courses before registration for an exam papers to create a record of the "Course" section needs to be created from.


Working record (creating a work session):

Create Timetable:

Exam registration and create reminders:

Exam registration is complete examination and test results are entered on this data efficiency and performance chart is created. The alarm can be generated for any number of examinations. For example, a future exam 1 month ago, reminder alarms can be created for 1 week before and 1 day before.


Paper registration and create reminders:

Follow-up of homework assignments can be created in the student calendar for registration.

There are 3 cases of assignments;
Things assignments
Been delivered assignments
Undelivered assignments.

Entering a record homework assignments is the case of this recording will be made for future dates. If this assignment is delivered (if delivered checkbox was clicked) delivered through the state. If past history and the assignment was delivered checkbox changes the state of the non-delivery is not clicked. With this information, the rate and efficiency of homework done graphics are created.

An alarm can be generated for any number of assignments record. For example, a paper to be delivered one month ago, to remind 1 week before and 1 hour before the alarm can be identified.


Activity logging and create reminders:

Activities are general-purpose reminders (alerts). For a school trip, a meeting can be created to record activity. So can a school trip or a meeting and activity. As you create reminders, recording activity (alarm) can be generated. various different alarms can be created as a record requested. Thus it achieved the desired time intervals to remind activity.
