MPower Mobile

Good app, lots of potential. Can you make a modification in subsequent updates that creates a new dialog box for confirming numbers? I tried sending credit to my phone number and made a typo error by replacing the 8 at the end of my number with 2. I didn't realize this until I received the notification email that I had just sent 35ghc worth of credit to an unknown number. If there was a second dialog box for "Repeat mobile number", my error could have been picked. Pls work on this immediately.

I added money from my mobile wallet and it never reflected. I wouldn't even bother to write to customer care since the earlier comments here show they they won't resolve it. Too bad this app has potential

Great app but very poor service from yr call centres. One way to devlop bsn idea is to find a problem n solve it. Expect new n better ideas from people/ competitors if u are not able to solve yr customers problem on time.

Does not work with Airtel most of the time - "unable to process topup at this time, please try again later"... don't think so, think i'd rather try Slydepay instead later than wasting my time with this app

Twice, I've added money to my MPower account from my mobile wallet yet it doesn't reflect. All what they keep telling me is 'we're working on it '

I appreciate your efforts but there are lots of improvements to do with both the app and the website. You have been around for sometime now yet everything seems to be like you are still a startup. Such as, this app was last updated October 2015 which I'm sure your website too. How? I have deal with most of your competitors and I can honestly say they improved much faster than you. I am an online worker and I know how hard it is to operate online payments in our country. The way you provide your services lack information to your customers. Eg. If I initiate a mobile money sending transaction, first the transaction will be completed and amount will be deducted from your account while the money did not arrive in your mobile wallet. Secondly, the customer will not receive any time span in which the money will arrive in the mobile wallet. Eg, 6hrs or 1 day. I like your service and I will even like to contribute to your betterment.

Please I just made a transaction of 35 ghc and you guys charged me of an amount of 1.5 ghc and still the money is not received why????? Why I got a confirmation messaged that I have made a transaction, yeah still I haven't received the money on my mobile money

How long does it take to credit a mobile money account when you send money from an mpower account? Because I sent an amount from my mpower account to my mobile money account but the debit is reflected in my mpower account only but not in my mobile money account.

Please I've downloaded the app and went through all the necessary information now is time to login the app said Activate Code and you guys didn't send me any code too please do send me the code ok

Works perfectly and reliable. But try to add more banks to the "Add Money" module especially NIB Bank. Thanks

Am soo much in love with mpower. Great app with much flexibility.

And the app isn't helping me to retrieve it,and it will also not allow me to use my name,number or email to get a new account, but with a feed back that my name,phone number and e-mail is already been taken by who. How is this possible any way.

Am not able to login to the app. What it says is(you are offline, check your Internet connectivity) yet having Internet connection. Please fix it

Please I can't load money from my MTN mobile money into my mpower account. Please fix this problem immediately. It always says a bill prompt has been sent to my mobile number, but I never receive it.

It was okay using the web version in doing my transactions and then I decided to try the app. First time I entered details for credit top up and pressed submit, there was no sign that the action was received cos the cursor kept blinking. So i pressed again, then again and again. What happened was the silly app transacted each submiss and I ended up with too much credit than I needed. Stupid app.

Kindly add a feedback to notify us when it's loading or something. For example when you submit a request by tapping a button. You may end up tapping a button like a 100 times because you ain't sure it's really processing.

I paid 1000 Ghana cedis into the M power payments account to send to my sicked girl for operation when i was away in burkina faso as soon as they got the money, they suspended my account....fraudsters.....I never thought they were such thieves

I can't load credit on my Airtel number. Please fix that problem.

Paid via PayPal, card charged but no credit. They claim it takes 3 days to clear..wtf...it's 2015 and this is the best they can do.

You people are terrible. I made two deposits to sunbet, one was successful and the other wasn't. I inform you through E-mail and you just call and told me that you are working on it. Since last Saturday you couldn't do anything , even to inform me about what is happening. I try to reach you but I couldn't. WHAT IS HAPPENING?

One month ago I put money to my mpower account, but it was not possible to send the money to my Airtel SIM as Airtime. Since 1 month mpower is telling me that they are on the problem, nothing happened. It was even not possible to send the money back to my MTN Mobile money account. So the 70 cedis are on the mpower account and I can't do anything with it. Not really serious. I cannot recommend to use it.

Absolutely loving this app, saves me time and money especially when I have to move funds from mobile wallet to my bank account and vice versa. Great work!!!!!!

No option to complete sign up

Really annoying, after registering, I can't even log in and it keeps reject my number, username etc. after sending me an email to even confirm me!!!! When I try registering again, then it keep saying number, username have been use already, but I cant even log in

I really think this app is a good idea and vision in progress. Works fine for me. I just tested the system with a few cedis; so far so good
