Intel 8085 Simulator

No guide....every microprocessor trainer kit comes with a data sheet....here is nothing...atleast tell me how to execute from XXXX memory... Everytime it starts executing 1000 or something like that... Reset->run->addr->exec is the general procedure but here is no run button...so please give us manual... Also it is mandatory for us to know the portion occupied by ROM

It Is a good app Before execution and after execution is working well!! the register contents are not matching with the real 8085 microprocessor(in college) values.

Really loved it. It helped me a lot to learn programs. Only I had problems in the content of registers

App seems good. But I'm new to assembly language. So, I'm unable to use it. How to enter immediate data.

There is an error when u doing subtraction 00 from itself it set carry high which has not to be Please check & remove that problem

Single step is used to check the data of registers. But here the data of registers are displayed are wrong and even SINGLE STEP button doesn't work

It never can go to the next location if we enter the program via insert button. Secondly it is unable to run my program of BCD addition as well as that of multiplication. Please help.

I started to write the program from address 2000 but on execution it says"invalid operation" Same problem occurred when started from 0000 address. What should I do?

When ever i tried to write a program of substraction of 2 8bits the result shown is not correct, and a message call HLT 0028 is shown

I would had failed my CS practical without this. It helped me scoring full marks in practical.

For the keyboard subroutine "E"should come after EXEC, its not coming its directly showing the register contents!

Just wanted it... just a problem I faced firstly in finding the location from which RAM and ROM are parted.. hex codes can be taken so easily. I really liked it

The app is good bT it also allows to write on rom which is not desired. Plzz fix this and also register memory is volatile and it even changes after reset button which is most painful.plzz make the register and memory non-volatile

Works nicely. Just remember to use 76 (HLT) instead of RSTs as the program won't execute properly otherwise.

Really helpful. Just felt problem with ADC

Not a good app. After executing a programme it display a message that the programme is taking long time to execute

There is no Set button for doing Reset -set operation once we put the opcodes

I like the when it works on my phone. Or I more than hate it

One improvement would be, for the single step button if it would auto load the next address so one could just keep pushing step, to step through the program.. Instead of... Go, step, go, step... Etc...

i m a cs engineering student and i love this app very much as it helps me to practice MP 8085 programs from my home.

I'm still not getting my program from where can I decide my memory that in which I want to Store data and hence I could execute the programs

I never did those programs in the lab, this app offered enough, Hell, this is helpful.

This is the app which I wanted. It is useful & wonderful app which I ever had. It helped me a lot.

Fill button not found!

I suggest you make a tutorial video on how to use this app. Though quite simple, as you said so, it might have been different for people who hadn't used the old experimental kit. The video may contain every steps required, specific, from entering starting address, entering hex codes, running/executing the program, entering contents and checking the answer in the specified memory location. This tutorial may be done with simple and popular programs like addition, factorial etc..Thank you for the app

I used this app previously on my phone worked fine. I formatted my phone and reinstalled this app but now the exec button does not show up..plz help. My phone has android 4.2 version...

In the starting days i was looking for fill button...now i know how to execute. ...hence one star less otherwise a great app.

It is as good as the real one. Really a life saver. I can carry my personal 8085 kit anywhere.

The whole app is awesome ... we need not use the original kit and acces the 8085 anywhere ... the problem is that there is no tutorial with this app kindly update for new users at first i didnt knew how to fill the program this problm occurs with those who have worked on traditional kit .... and also it doesnt shows PCH & PCL at last otherwise a brilliant job ....

Executes programs very fast but file saving also should be there.

Can anyone briefly say the use of this app and please explain me in detail

The interface is simple but I encounter a fundamental problem. There is no execute (EXEC) button on my screen. How do I rectify the problem? I use a Sony experia mobile phone.
