Very similar experience as Marino did - believing this app would work as described COST ME A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY. Run into issues with saving to DropBox (not recognizing I was already logged in), but in the end it doesn't matter. **FAILED TO RESTORE** my phone. Adding insult to injury, when I ran into problems *NO* DEVELOPER SUPPORT!! Guess since MOOBILE received payment for app, their job's done!! App fails to work as promised - that's a customer (sucker) problem, not theirs. BORDERLINE FRAUD - AVOID!!

I had a very similar experience as Marino did - believing this app would work as described COST ME A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY. Run into issues with saving to DropBox (not recognizing I was already logged in), but in the end it doesn't matter. FAILED TO RESTORE my phone. Adding insult to injury, when I ran into problems no one replied to my multiple requests for assistance. Guess since MOOBILE received payment for app, why give any support? (BTW, app last updated 1/13 - nothing material fixed!!)

I trusted this app would do its job! I had to do a master reset on my phone, I was feeling secure doing this because of this app! When it came time for this app 2 do its Job, it failed! I can not restore one bit of data back to my phone! It keeps on force closing every time I try to restore my data! So now, I have a nice, new clean phone but all my data is Lost! Thanks Moobila for not checking your app thoroughly! BTW- I TRIED USING DropBox and IT KEEPS TELLING ME I AM NOT LOGGED IN BUT I AM. U SUCK!
