شيخ عبد الرحمن بن عبد العزيز بن عبد الله بن محمد السديس الملقب بالسديس الرئيس العام لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي, وإمام الحرم المكي الشريف. يرجع نسبه إلى قبيلة عنزة بن ربيعة بن عدنان. ولد في البكيرية عام 1382 هـ وهو من محافظة البكيرية بمنطقة القصيم.
هو الرئيس العام لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي وإمام وخطيب المسجد الحرام بمكة المكرمة، ومن أشهر مرتلي القرآن الكريم في العالم. تمكن من حفظ القرآن ولم يكن يبلغ من العمر اثني عشر سنة.
في سنة 1979 حصل السديس على شهادة من المعهد العلمي الرياض بتقدير ممتاز. بعد ذلك في سنة 1983 أتم السديس دراسته العليا بالجامعة حيث حصل على شهادة في الشريعة، ثم بعدها على الإجازة من الجامعة الإسلامية محمد بن سعود سنة 1987. ونال بعد ذلك الدكتوراه في الشريعة الإسلامية سنة 1995 من جامعة أم القرى. عرف عبد الرحمن السديس بالنبرة الخاصة في صوته التي تخشع معها الأفئدة وتجويده الممتاز للقرآن الكريم. نال السديس جائزة الشخصية الإسلامية للسنة في الدورة التاسعة لجائزة دبي الدولية للقرآن الكريم سنة 1995

Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sudais, nicknamed Balsdes General President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, the Imam of the Haram al-Sharif. Lineage back to the tribe goat bin Rabia bin Adnan. Born in Bakeereya in 1382, a Bakeereya province of Qassim region.
It is the general president of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque and the imam and preacher of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, and months Mrthl Quran in the world. Managed to save the Koran was not at the age of twelve years.
In 1979 Sudais received a certificate from the Scientific Institute Riyadh with excellent grade. Then in 1983 Sudais completed his postgraduate studies university, where he received a degree in law, and then on leave from the Islamic University Mohammed bin Saud in 1987. He later received a doctorate in Islamic law in 1995 from the University of Umm Al-Qura. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais knew the special tone in his voice that subject with excellent hearts and recite the Holy Quran. Sudais won the Islamic Personality of the Year Award at the ninth session of the Dubai International Award for the Holy Qur'an in 1995
