This is perfect for 22 MHC. You track your workouts, food, water, weight, measurements and even the fitness test. This app makes it so simple! You can view and print multiple reports. The feature that makes this app stand out from the others is each cycle is saved. When you start a new one, you can still refer back to the old ones. Even better though, if you have a question, the developer responds quickly and addresses your question directly.

I love how easy it is to use along with my 22MHC program. Takes the guess work and the paperwork out of my daily routine! These apps are definitely worth the price if you are committed to living your healthy life style, and don't want to lug around a tracking sheet and a nutrition guide everywhere you go!
