S-QUBE Mobile

S-QUBE Mobile is a Time and Access control application that allows a user to clock their mobile work force on the go or from any location in the world. The application has the option of making use of a USB connection to an embedded micro processor board that houses a SAGEM Biometrics device. This allows the user to enroll a work force from any location in the world within minutes.

The application allows the user either through the attachment board or through the application, to generate live clockings for work shifts, this effectively allows the organisation to accurately capture the hours worked per employee and ultimately saves money due to accurate payroll.

Other features available with the application are real time transactions. The organisation or user can generate a list of transactions as the employee clocks or generates a valid "time stamp", this gives the employer the luxury of tracking when and where his work force is. The option to directly control an IP device attached to the system is another feature of the application, this allows the user to directly control a piece of hardware that is attached to a door or gate, allowing the user to open the door or gate at the simple push of a button. This feature can be extended to almost anything such as controlling the ignition on a truck or car etc.
