جاءت فكرة تطبيق وزارة النقل والمواصلات (MOT ) انسجاماً مع رؤية الوزارة و أهدافها بسرعة تقديم الخدمات و توفرها لدى المواطنين بكافة الوسائل التكنولوجية المتاحة و ذلك مواكبة للتطور التكنولوجي المستمر و الذي تسعى الوزارة من خلاله تقديم أفضل خدمة بأسرع وقت ممكن.
هذاو يتيح التواصل بين الوزارة المواطن، حيث يستطيع المواطن الاستعلام عن رخصة القيادة و رخصة المركبة اضافة الى الحصول على نتائج الامتحان النظري ( التؤريا) و كذلك الاستعلام عن المخالفات.
ويستطيع المواطن ايضاُ تقديم امتحان السياقة النظري التجريبي و الحصول على اخر الاخبار والاعلانات المتعلقة بالوزارة، اضافة الى زاوية تقديم الشكاوى و الاقتراحات.
