DCFCU Mobile for Android
I used to love this app for the mobile deposit feature but ever since the last update it stopped working. I've tried other mobile devices but the issue persists. Emailed the bank about the problem but was just told that the issue would be routed to the appropriate dept. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing. May need to bank elsewhere!
Used to be great, but now I can't use the mobile deposit feature. Stopped working on both my phone and tablet. Please fix asap!
I just use it to check my account and or transfer money also get a quick statement. Great for me since that's all I do!
Giving me a hard time making a mobile deposit for the same very check I used to deposit every month since I opened my account.

Stuck on DCFCU main screen. ITS BEEN 5 DAYS SINCE IM unable to login my account to transfer or even deposit checks. MIGHT just switch banks by this week. UNBELIEVABLE
When the new update launched my app worked ok. Now, it loads and remains stuck on the main logo. I have Uninstall and reinstalled the app about 2-3 times and still not opening up. I now have to login from my internet browser which is an inconvenience at times. The previous system was perfectly fine.
It stuck on the open screen and won't move from there. It's a big inconvenience when ir trying to do ur banking on line. I'm thinking of transferring my acct to Chase
Ever since DCFCU did their upgrade last year, everything including customer service has gone down hill. With this latest app update, the screen stays frozen with its logo even after I uninstalled it twice. Shame on whoever decided it will work better cause judging from all these comments, its gotten worse
It was working properly until recently. Now it's stuck on they main screen. Need it fixed asap because i need to check my transactions!

This is the worst app we have ever seen! Most of the time it just gets stuck loading and it's never available when most needed. Might as well uninstall it. Horrible!!!!! :-(
I hate it. It wouldn't open. I have installed and installed this app several times it is stuck. I can't log on to check my account.

It's very difficult to understand if you have more than one account, I no loner have an S5 account it has change. Since the update I am not able to use my debit card.
The app is now working again. No problems. ( 1st review - At first it worked just fine last night and earlier this morning. But I haven't been able to use it since then. This is not going to work.)
THE APP DOESN'T EVEN WORK. Do you guys even try to compete with bigger banks.
I would start the app and it would stay stuck on dcfcu logo and it won't continue loading . But now its working again .

This app isn't working for the past three weeks. I'm unable to deposit my checks with the mobile app. I've reported it and was told uninstall it and reinstall to no avail. I have to locate a nearest DCFU and go in stand in line to deposit my checks. Very inconvenient. Please fix it. Try like Bank of America it takes the picture on its own and send an email.
