The only thing that started getting monitored was my (the parent) activity. I followed the directions carefully for monitoring and limiting chrome book activity multiple times and yet my 5 year old still inadvertently ended up on inappropriate sites. Don't waste your money!!

Can't even register a device and there are no directions whatsoever to do so. Glad there was a free version so I didn't have to waste money.

Your software fails to launch, and it doesn't allow me to uninstall. You are no better than a virus! Your customer service is non existing, and your tech support is little more than a circle jerk of answerless excuses pasted on a forum. I will continue to spam your email and hound your answering machine until my issue has been resolved! The fact that you charge $40 a year for this type of subpar product, backed with this poor customer service is outrageous

Just purchased premium service, but can't see any activity. I see my child using her phone, but nothing is showing in reports but a list of 3 websites. How do I get the chart in the advertising? How do I see the texts and social media stuff?

Two things: first, Mobicip does not actually monitor a chromebook, it monitors the Web browser, which means it does not monitor apps on a flipbook, for example. Second, emailing customer support is not a 24 hour hear-back process. I'm going on 36 hours now and no reply. I don't expect to get my money back, but maybe if others read this, they will learn to do careful research. It is interesting what their website doesn't tell you about how their software works.
