This premium license unlocks the premium features of uPod -- a full featured podcatcher for Android with a beautiful, cover art centric Android 5 design and a unique inbox concept to handle new episodes. uPod provides everything you need to consume your podcasts including an extensive podcast catalog with search capabilities, automatic media handling, integrated audio playback speed control, volume gain and more.
These are the Premium features unlocked by this license:
▪ Cloud backup and cross device sync of playback positions, playlist and episode states tied to your Google account
▪ Chromecast support
▪ Chapter navigation in MP3 and M4A/AAC/MP4 files
▪ Sleep timer (stop playback at end of chapter, episode or after a specified time)
▪ Podcast specific settings (e.g. auto add to playlist, only keep x latest episodes)
▪ Up to two specific sync times per day

With no warning the latest update is forcing me to log in to Google Drive to access my saved podcasts. If I wanted to use Google I probably don't need to pay for an app to get podcasts. Give me the old app back, and my saved podcasts.

The developer cares deeply about creating the perfect podcast manager. His previous product was, to me, the best out there until the demise of Google Reader killed it. UPod is maturing into another powerful tool that's a delight to use. Update 01/16: Upod just gets better and better. Loving AudioCast support. And it now finds all those French radio podcasts I was missing. Thanks for constantly enriching this app.

Even on a 6 inch phone the play, pause and mark as finished controls are fiddly and too small. Suggest larger options and maybe a car mode?

Not only is the dev is unresponsive and keeps trying to reroute me to done other site. Also refuses to give me my money back. It randomly skips to the next podcast sometimes. Unless this is fixed, I would like my money back. Two major problems for me though. No dark theme. Also, my progress bar for all the different podcasts that I have listened to keep disappearing! I can I know what I've listened to and what I haven't?! The Dev is not active and I hardly get updates.

Best app hands down for frequent podcast listeners. The most recent update has made this app extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. Even for non tech savy people. There is a lot of junk out there you can spend five dollars on. If you enjoy listening to podcasts this is 100% worth the money.

One of the better looking players. However, one issue is that in the episode list you can not see the topics. Another is that it stops playing if I switch on some other app.
