Shop Hillsborough is the mobile application for merchants and residents that participate in Hillsborough, NJ's Property Tax Reward Program (PTRP).

Using Shop Hillsborough and PTRP, homeowners shopping at local participating merchants, receive rebates on sales and services in the form of property tax credits. The more homeowners shop in their town, the more property tax credits they accumulate.

I see no reason why this app needs permission to access my mic and camera. I wonder if that's why only 100 people have downloaded it. Fix those permissions and I'll reinstall it.
