ネットカメラビューワ
　静止画(jpegに限る）を提供するネットカメラから写真を取りだして
　表示します。取り出した写真はメールで送ることもできます。
　動画は表示できませんので注意してください。。
　カメラがHTTPプロトコルで静止画を送信できる必要があります。
　HTTPプロトコルかどうかはブラウザで確認してください。

　同一LAN内であれば、カメラのIPアドレスを指定することで
　静止画表示します。

　自宅のルーターにUPnP設定でカメラを設定していれば、
　自宅のグローバルIPアドレスとそのUPnPポート宛に接続可能です。
　
　自宅ルーターにVPN（PPTP)サービスを立ち上げていれば、
　VPN(PPTP)接続も可能です。(Version 1.0.4以降、機種依存有）
　android version 4.0以降はこのアプリのVPN接続でなく、
　アンドロイド本体のVPN接続をご利用下さい。このアプリ
　からのダイレクトVPN接続はうまくいきません。

　設定に必要な項目は以下の通りです。

　サーバーのドメイン名またはIPアドレス
　　例）192.168.1.139、abc.ddns.tv
サーバーのポート番号
　　例）81、80などのHTTPサーバのポート番号を指定する。
　サーバーのファイル名
　　例）snapshot.cgi、stealimage.php など
　Basic認証のユーザ名
　　例）kamizato
Basic認証のパスワード
　　例）p1Lk9_$3
VPNを使う場合は以下を指定します。(VPNは機種依存有り）
　　VPNサーバ名
　　　通常、自宅ルーターであればDDNS登録した名前
　　　　例）abcd1.bf1.jp
VPNユーザ名
　　　ルーターに設定したVPN(PPTP)ユーザ名
　　VPNパスワード
　　　ルーターに設定したVPN(PPTP)ユーザ名のパスワード
　　　（長い文字列にしておいてください）
　　尚、このユーザIDとパスワードは設定画面で表示されて
　　しまいますので取り扱いには注意してください。

サーバーに対してはBasic認証の指定があれば、Basic認証を行います。
　『認証なし』または『Basic認証』これら以外の処置は出来ませんので
　ご注意ください。

　設定項目が
　　　192.168.1.134、ポート82、ファイル名 snapshot.phpなら
　　　http://192.168.1.134:82/snapshot.php
というようなURIを使って読み出します。
　設定項目には回転角度もあります。
　カメラが横向きだったり、上下逆だったりする場合、
　写真の回転補正を行うことができます。
　インターバル指定をして、1～60秒毎に写真を取得する
　ことができます。
　写真はズームできます。

　上記のような形式でブラウザのURLに指定して
　写真だけが表示されるようであれば、動作可能と
　思われます。
