Still a lot of issues. Messages are displayed in duplicate. Inbox doesn't update when someone sends a message I have to refresh to get it to show up. Unread Message count doesn't go below 3. Had to switch to Android version because the iPad version kept crashing. Please test your software before releasing it.

Where did my favorite list go. I'm a International hoe, where my list at? This application randomly crashes and foreclosures. This application has pop-up ads that forecloses and crash your phone killing your battery and slowing down your phone. When you try to send someone a picture the application crashes and you lose their profile what a waste of time! Avoid this a try something different and new. If you are paying money to advertise on this application/platform your ad is not being correctly displayed and half of the time it can not be accessed ( I cannot click it ) plus you can't click on the message to who you want to talk to.

It was really slow and buggy before. A tiny bit better now with speed but... still need to fix location issues, getting message notification but nothing in app, clicking unlock private pic doesnt work as intented.

Distance doesn't seem to be correct - constantly changing on refresh; and I think distance is the most important part of the app. The "read" status on messages also doesn't seem to be correct as well - it will say "read" after you clicked into the message you sent yourself. The ads on the messages list only display partly on the left profile pic area which is more disturbing than a full row ad.

Pictures and messages do not load. Sign in error are consistent. The server error makes browsing images and matches a complete pain. Don't waste your time or money because we have reported these issues to jackd since, December 2016. Omg please don't waste your money.

App is pretty useless. Only shows you people who have been logged in no more than 5 mins ago. So your radar is constantly changing. And no I don't have that "online" box checked off. This is kinda a semi serious flaw. Also it seems like they've cut back on their accessibility like you can't view as many of the people who viewed your profile recently.

It's a rubbish app. Complete trash. It constantly crashes and messages fail to update. I have no idea why the developer would release such garbage. I remember using this app in 2012 and it was tonnes better. I'll be uninstalling this junk!

This app and it's developers are becoming ridiculous. App freezes, can't block members. Can't delete old messages. App favors Apple products and operating system. Apple users have better customer service responses and interaction with app. Android is continuously being shorted and no good customer service

Overall the app is nice. But error messages are constant. ???? Constant server errors.. can't upload pictures. Barely let you change your profile information. Profiles doesn't load easily when your browsing through.

There's a glitch to where the notification for messages appears but everytime I go to my inbox and try to refresh it multiple times, nothing happens and no new messages appear. Whoever is behind this new update needs to fix it immediately.

What the he'll is going on with this server? Every since you all changed this format, this app has not been the same and have had issues daily. This is not the Jack'd that we signed up for.!!! You all really need to get this together and quickly!!!

The location is off by over 150 miles. How do you expect us to use your product when your competition such as Grindr and Scruff are beating you hands down. Heck even Adam 4 Adam is way better than Jackd. I want them all hookapps to be working. 1star.

This could be by far THE BEST APP EVER. If they could only fix the Glitches...The Picture Reporting is getting out of HAND. why allow other users to report pics when you know there are Vindictive individuals who may feel left out or not getting any attention. Its ridiculous

Private pictures don't show up even after another profile unlocks it. Server seems unstable and there are login issues. Messages may or may not have been sent or received. Please fix it. It's a good app :(

Crashes all the time now. Features don't work properly - have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.... Can't read more than one line at a time. Messages disappear. Duplicate messages keep cluttering things up. Constant server errors. This had been the best app until a few months ago. What happened???? Did the QA department get dismantled? No more customer service?

Horrible won't load! Where in the hell is the smart people? R they Braindead? Make better products! Won't even load anything! Who ever will use this service is stupid

Poorly coded app, buttons that have no actual function, like delete (messages), consist server errors, messages out of chronological order when displayed in the message list (server error, I assume), just bad code/servers in general. Wouldn't advise loading the app, unless you want a view of how an app shouldn't behave or you want some spam bots offering risk free money. ????. I keep it just to watch it spaz out. LoL

Insane how bad this app has gotten. To be one of the most popular dating apps it has the absolute worst operating interface out of them all. Unbelievable!

Getting the same error message as everyone else. What's the point of getting an update when the issue still occurs. Someone needs to fix this or I'm just going to delete the app. It getting really frustrating. The issue needs to be resolved. The issues seem to be getting worse. There's always a problem if it's not message viewing it's the logging out and error to log in

Duplicate message in the conversation. Read receipt always wrong. Have no idea whether read or unread. Used to recommend this app to friend around me but now I'm not sure.

Ever since the new updates, this app has nothing but glitches. The location isn't accurate, it's slower..much slower now, you can load messages, profiles don't load and you can't click on pictures to see better, and the list goes on. Haven't used the app in weeks hoping it would've gotten better, but it's getting worse. Stop experimenting with your updates and trying to put all the good features behind a pay wall...im starting to think they want us to pay for the app, so until you do, it will never work on your phone.

Runs very slow. Constant server issues. You never get all of your messages. Private pics never load, you have to ask guys to unlock several times. Trash.

Full of fakes and scammers. One of the worst gay dating apps I've seen. Will give it another week then I'm installing.

Trash of an app. "Server error" is the only thing that you can meet. Things like these are the ones that get you to disappear from existence. Good luck saving this issue. ????

I have made every possible thing @ continuing to love this app BUT....It's over. I for the life of ME can't seem to upload a photo & I've made every possible attempt to do so.

very glitchy as of late! messages dont be showing up all the time...always have 2 refresh and 'HOPE' you see your updated messages. now you cant evn click on another profiles pic 2 expand and it's not letting me send a message! constant server and/or connection error messages popping up! each upgrade is starting 2 feel like a successive downgrade! the app does have potential, but they need 2 get it togther w/ the alleged 'upgrades' to the app, which only seems 2 frustrate users!

Every since the original updates this app have been nothing but issues location issue's, sending or receiving pictures and login issues. Only thing kinda good is u r not able to screenshot pic however if u have apple u still can.

So iPhone users are allowed to screenshot?? On top of that profile pictures aren't popping up, neither is the pictures that guys send me. You guys have soooo many bugs and prefer to update with more bugs. Please fix this. I miss the old Jack'd.

Jackd needs to fix it's location. Every time I check out a profile they are 50+ miles away. I have to go to random profiles half away down the list to find someone close to me. Smh this app always having problems

The new update is horrible because when I'm trying to browse for people near me it keep showing me people that way to far...example I live in Cambridge MD yet when I turn my location on it only show people that are like way in new york plz fix this is terrible

If you're looking for more spambots than grindr, check out jacks. I was on it for less than a week and got at least 20 fake profiles saying they were stationed in Afghanistan on a peacekeeping mission. So annoying.

Now the GPS isn't working. The closest person to me is like 12 miles away and that's a lie. Fix this! App is updated reinstalled and downloaded again and still the same thing.

So many bugs. I have the latest version of Android and the app auto-updates, so I always have the latest version. Blocks don't stay updated and you have to re-block repeatedly before it "sticks". Messages don't stay updated all the time either. When refreshing, the app often doesn't show recent messages or incorrectly shows whether a message has been read or not. Matches don't update either and you get the same guys over and over which wastes your matches so you have to watch an ad to see more. Even after that, you still often get the same guys over and over even though you have already rated the. It's a scam to get more ad revenue or force people to pay for a subscription. Additionally, some ads are bugged and won't give you an 'X' to close them, and tapping anywhere opens the browser redirect. After closing the browser, the ad restarts at the beginning, creating an infinite loop that you can only get out of by force quitting the app.

I would have gave it 5 stars, but due to the fact there's commercials now when you block someone it's annoying as hell now. The new updates has the app working slow and horrible now!

This app is garbage. Does not run smoothly at all and I am using 100 mbps hsi. I'm sticking with grindr which never fails.

I'm having an issue Im locked out of my account an I send myself the password from this app but then I never get the email just started happening pleas fix this issue never had a problem

it doesn't show people near me anymore. it's always a few people very far away, it's like the online only filter is permanently on. and no I do not have my filter on at all, double checked and everything

What is going on with the location on this app!? Where is the nearby section? Why can I only see like 7 recent veiws? I used to use this app daily now, I don't even want it on my phone!
