It doesn't keep proper time, and I'm not talking about military time either.

I got a freeze warning. When I clicked on "more info" the date format was incorrect. Not set for USA. Lists day first-today is March 11, 2017-should be=3/11/2017 not 11/3/2017. How do you change the widget skin and the date format? Like that is shows current day plus 7 upcoming days.
