Debonairs Pizza

It's not all bad. But I was really upset when my pizza got delivered nearly 3 hours later ice cold and the delivery man still expected me to pay the full price. I was not impressed with that.

This app never works properly. Times out and can't connect to servers. When you do get through they get your order wrong and delivery takes over an hour. Debonairs has lost a customer. Call centre is useless and unhelpful

Ordered. Phoned two hours later to follow up and thy would have phoned me back. Never phoned back and never received the order. Kimberley Long Street store.

Best App ever, haven't received any problems, no mix up of orders, the delivery guy arrives on time. Free delivery What more can I ask for. I love love love this app

App is fine but the stores they do not prioritize online order. I phone them back 2 hours after putting the order and was told that the pizza is ready but no driver. Was also told that I choose as soon as possible on the app which is vague.

Second time using the app. First time got the delivery on time. Second time it didn't come through, called the store after an hour of order, found out they forgot about it and said they will sort it out....I slept without my pizza...hopefully next time it won't be the same. Bloemfontein

The app is cool but the challenge is with Queenstown Debonaires, it takes about an hour or more to deliver the order. Every time I have to call them and enquire about my order but they don't have a decency to call and explain.

2 out of 3 time now my order didn’t come as i requested last chance after that i uninstall and go order at a place that doesn’t mess up my orders

It's convenient but it I couldn't place an order due to the app being unable to even add the location of delivery. Really wasn't impressed!!

Not to impresse. I was ordering online and saw the voucher code if the app is downloaded. I spent my last data downloading the app only to realise that the voucher code given on the website doesn't work.

Online store not working. I'm located in Montague Gardens, Milnerton. When I tried placing an order online it told me they do not deliver here which is strange as I have 2 branches not far from me instead it tells me that only Monte Vista branch delivers to Montague Gardens. I placed my ordered thinking it might be new. But thankfully the manager had called me and advised me that he has refunded the money and that he is sorry when it's not even his fault but the stupid 3rd party running the apps and online store. If it wasn't for him being such a lovely person and explaining it to me I would have had a fit as I have waited over 2 hours for the food. Fix your bloody app! And stop stressing them out at Monte Vista with the orders from different areas!

Orders are on time. Friendly delivery. Just 1s where bike stand was not working. Guy tried to keep bike upright and get pizzas. Driver dropped order twice

Please update the app to first let you know if that store supports delivery. Rather then letting you make an order then tells you at the end it doesn't support delivery

Ordered 13:30 followed up on 15:20 . Pizza not prepared after they confirmed order 13:40

They give the pizza names, but doesn't actually have a menu to say what's on the Pizza with the Online Orders Only page... Something so plain and simple, yet it is not part of the App...

Ordered at 15:45 order came in before 16:15. Always a pleasure when dealing with debonairs. Great service great value for money. Thumbs up. Great app

Ordered at 18:44 at Carnival mall. Shop lady called at 19:45 that the driver was leaving the shop. Driver called at 20:15 that he was leaving the shop. Driver arrived 5 minutes after calling me and this shows how close the shop is to my place. Poor service. App should include shop ratings and complaints section.

could not place order online. Called restaurant with no success.

Download this app at your own risk and whatever you do, don't put your card details. This app allows you to make orders at restaurants that don't deliver like Debonnairs Norwood.

Cannot make payment, and to top it off your phone lines are not working either.

Much better using the app than having to deal with the mishaps between the call centre and the store

1st time used it. Found it very easy to use. Shows where the driver is like uber. Really impressed.

I was happy how quick they delivered ,I'm overseas and my son in SA was glad I could surprise him all the way with his fav. food ..

Payment via credit card does not work

They don't read special instructions on your order.

Not user friendly and only limited pizza online.

Downloaded app at 18:20 . Order placed at 18:32 . Delivery at 19:00. Need I say more? This app couldn't work any better!

Never had a problem with them good service and quick.

The concept is brilliant, but the network issues, loading issues, store offline, the about info don't show up and order still not placed
