NSTools for Android
NSTools need superuser (a.k.a root) and also custom kernel with Ezekeel's mod.
Currently works on:
Nexus S (kernel: GLaDOS, Matr1x, franco, SG-kernel, Eugene, Trinity, Netarchy, Lucid, Air, Lynx, etc.)
Galaxy S (kernel: Glitch v14)
With NSTools you can easily manage these tweaks:
- BLD
- BLN
- BLX
- CPU Governor
- Custom Voltage
- Deepidle
- Liveoc
- Max/min scaling frequencies
- Touchwake
- CMLed
- IO Scheduler
- Fast charge toggle
Your settings will stick on reboot, don't need to edit init scripts.
NOTE:
If something bad happenned and you want to reset NSTools settings, visit my thread on XDA to get reset_nstools.zip
Please don't report/complain bug on comments, because I can't reply your comments. Send me an email or visit NSTools thread on XDA

Thanks to Ezekeel for all his mod and all great people in XDA forum
There are some bugs present in the UI. When scrolling very fast downwards some strange 'jumps' occur and the list freezes.
Like it!
This app rules, it's awesome to overclock your phones!
Io scheduler doesnt persist after reboot.. Alwsys goes back to stock scheduler
Settings are not sticking after reboot ! It used to but last update messed it up.Uninstalling and switching kernel to use a diff app to configure my settings.
This is the best application to control kernel patches for Nexus S. Is the ultimate application that must be on every rooted phone with custom kernel. Although now there are some paid application for spesific kenrels, NSTools is much better and can't be replaced by any of them!
Great tool for nexus S users
Can't set min CPU frequency below 200 MHz on any ROM.
Unable to change governor on any jellybean.
Great app
Couldn't live without it
The super charging future is perhaps the best of its many futures
Perfect!
Best ever when used with best kernel ever - Devil Kernel running ICS w/ ZSimplyAOKP - ODEXED!!!!!
Använd inte denna, den låser lägsta cpuhastighet på 200Mhz och det får drar massa batteri.
Works great! A must have for people that change kernels and roms a lot
Super easy to use.
Great tool!
No governor available... working great with antutu cpu master
Fast charge doesn't stay set to on after reboot
Very useful
Great
fantastic girl
It rechecked the "default voltages" box, so if your phone is not at least stable enough at default to uncheck it quickly, you will get stuck in a boot loop. Good thing is that your voltages are still there so they will apply once the box is unchecked.
NS Tools is your all-in-one kernel modification program for Nexus S phones. It will simultaneously perform the roles of SertCPU as well as Voltage Control and allow you to utilize Ezekeel's modifications. The interface is uncomplicated and it is easy to scroll through tabs. There's really not much to say about how useful this program is other than to say it does pretty much everything you need to modify the kernel. What is especially helpful about this program is that it allows you to fine tune the settings within a tweaked governor so you can further maximize battery preservation or performance within a particular kernel. I have noticed some issues with the program -- mainly in saving my settings. Sometimes they save and sometimes they don't. It has crashed a few times, but that may be more ROM-related than anything else. With respect to the boot loops experienced by some users, I suspect many of these issues are due to the fact that the users are playing around too much. When changing you settings, you should always uncheck the option to load seetings at boot in the event that you do crash and loop. Furthermore, don't play with voltages unless you know what you're doing.
Works well but enabling deep idle on SCH-i500 causes random reboots
Just wish it and SetCPU would play nicely together (for governors SetCPU doesn't support like lulzactive)
Running Icups 3.1.1 CPU 1497 at 104% live OC stock volt. This tool rocks.... thank u
Newest update put me in a boot loop coma. What happened? I updated and simply opened the app. Update: reinstalled rom and kernel. Works fine, but I loaded my saved settings and then it boot-looped again. Does not like my settings, although it was fine before.
Would be perfect if conditional settings were available. You know, "if screen is off, set clock to x governor/speed" and "if battery drops to y% scale back" stuff like that.
Excellent app, all the controll you need and even more. However after reboots min freq jumps up to max freq, this might be an issue for those who have an unstable setting saved on boot.
Very useful and great for controlling CPU overcook.
It allows you to modify almost every setting of the kernel! So be carefull!!!!
a must have for all forum devs lover:)
Tegrak stopped work for ICS, this app allows for full control over BOTH voltages.
Useful for under/over voting but CM10 contains more tweaks in the performance settings area Nice if your ROM doesn't already have it. But mine already does. 3 stars = average.. for me it is.
Allows me to easily tweak settings for my custom kernel without having to worry about scripts! Thanks!
It actually does that one thing, change ,to many kernel settings. Just works, and get updates for the latest kernel mods often.
Makes everything much easier! Love it :D

I'm wondering the same, so i used LBE Privacy to deny the access to my contacts.
