InstaWeather for Android Wear

Used to love it but it no longer syncs data unless I open the app on my phone. Still looks nice but no longer useful.

I really like the watch faces available with this app, but the editor sucks. It doesn't give you a preview of the face while editing(on the phone), and hardly any of the settings have descriptions. There should also be a way to switch month and day around for those of is in the U.S. I'm using an Asus Zenwatch 3 with the digital face and for some reason the seconds do not display around the edge of the face. If they add a better way of customizing your watch faces, as well as more options(switching month and day), then this would definitely be 5 stars.

Of all my watchfaces this is probably my favourite. A lot of super useful information is available at a glance, daily steps, heart rate, weather forecasts, daily activity time, etc... The customisation features are flexible and fun as well. However, I do not like the yearly subscription offer. I cannot justify the price of a yearly subscription. I would happily support this really fantastic product with a simple one off purchase for lesser features.

The weather graph is extremely useful as I need to check the forecast often due to having a motorcycle as my only means of transportation. The only drawback is the pro version is subscription based. *update: the interactivity issue has been fixed, 5 stars for speedy update, but loses a star because it hardly ever updates the graph anymore. Maybe once a day, once every other day.

Periodically return to this app as love the faces but nothing has changed on issues. App has been installed, uninstalled and reinstalled but still failing. Fit readings are out and regularly get stuck as well as battery reading does not work either. Only works if the app cache is cleared but this is required every time. Please fix!

Manual location setting saves battery on both the watch and phone. Many people do not want to leave GPS on all the time. This has been a problem for years with this app. Its very nice, but I don't want to have to leave my location on all day. My battery will die 6 hrs in...

It's a good app for the lg watch urbane 2nd edition but IW digital watch face doesn't match the face color I was trying to copy on the they're app page on the Android store. It'll be great if you can create better colors. Bluer blues.

Could not get it to be stable. Asus zenwatch 2. While going through the settings of color, time etc on watch it kept crashing my watch. Screen would just go black for about 15 seconds. And then not boot back properly. Could only get it to display available watch faces once. Wouldn't show optional faces anymore. Gave up after the fifth black screen in the middle of using settings. Uninstalled and canceled sub. And yes I made sure everything on my phone/watch was updated. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Rebooted phone/watch. Confirmed all needed permission were enabled.

This entire app is just one big advertisement for the premium version. You only get 7 faces (of course the one I liked that made me download the app wasn't one of them) and you have to pay for a yearly subscription if you want the rest. Instant uninstall.

The small dials on the classic face (my favorite) do not appear and don't seem to be configurable. Am I doing something wrong? It's just absent. There should be 4 dials.

I loved this app right up until it stopped working right. The watch face was informative and useful but now the chart fails to displays on my watch unless I launch the app on my phone and tell it to synchronize. Then it shows on the watch for a few minutes before disappearing again.

This is a great app, works really well on my watch and gives me great information. Just upgraded to Moto 360 2nd Gen watch and Wear 2.0 and there seems to be a problem but sure they will help me solve it. Really good app.

Don't waste your time. It's a bait-and-switch. There's no way to get these good-looking watch faces onto your watch. They just try to sell you a Premium app

This app is really helpful especially when your phone is in your pocket or somewhere else you can just look at your smartwatch and see the full weather radar temp weekly forecast whatever. It has all kinds of options and you can set your phone up to have as many widgets to show everything from this app as well. I have the radar temp and forecast on my smartwatch and have the same on my phone with the addition of the precipitation. It's a good app to have so you know how the weather is gonna be and I'm no damn bot either I'm real and this app is real. If you look over the little hiccups it may have it's will do you good. Iv had no problems with it myself but people complain about some things. Idk whats wrong with there apps but all you have to do is keep it updated and set it up to sync and it's all good.

I would've given this 5 stars, but after the last major Android Version update, the watch face doesn't always default to my configured idle screen. I have to interact with the watch face and then perform the sleep action to ensure it gets there. It's extremely frustrating and seems to be causing some screen burn-in issues. I've switched to another watch face in the meantime to hopefully correct it. But, I'd really like to see this addressed as I've come to depend on forecast from this for almost a full year.

I paid for and used this watch face for two years and loved it. Had a few hiccups along the way but always got sorted. NOT ANYMORE, no support, no updates and won't respond to support requests. Doesn't load on my watch anymore and I don't know why. Subscription cancelled.

I love the watch faces. I just wish you could customize the colors more, instead of the pre-set colors. They get boring after a while. Especially the Meteogram colors. I love the watch face. Just needs more color choices or color customization.

Initially ran into a few issues. After upgrading to pro it all was fixed. While the free version is okay, you really need the pro version for the features that most of us will want. Overall good app. Just disappointed that pro is a yearly renewal cost. Finally one last thing. It claims to be $7.99 a year for the pro... Its actually $8.49... Now android wear updated and IW does not work. The watch faces no longer show on android wear.

Must have for any active outdoor person. I especially love the meteorology watchface. It helps me figure out if I should leave earlier or later to avoid major storms.

Edited: Couldn't get it to work the first try but after trying again following the developers instructions it worked as intended and the watch app popped up! Thanks, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bought subscription about 5 days ago but unable to install any watch faces, did factory reset on the watch and resynch all apps but no luck. Sent a number of messages to developer to resolve the issue but unfortunately no response.

Was my favourite. But recently the UI has become so encumbered. I can't get into the settings of the face without accidentally changing the graph. Going into the setting if I try to scroll through the settings as soon as I swipe for a scroll through it'll take the last item as a touch and go into that setting (but I wanted one further down). The battery percentage stopped working and I can't bring it back! I've reset everything! And every now and again it'll change the background on its own and then have timeout errors ... I'm assuming it's for Fit as the graph is gone and I'll have to go back to the app to ensure its connected.

It seems awesome but doesn't work. I wanted the weather radar but it never works, and there are no settings or help to get it working. There should be a option to select weather radar station

A wonderful app to have. It is different from others no doubt but developer please work on UI as controls are difficult changing watch face is not easy.

Great face which works on Sony Smartwatch 3. While it does access location frequently, it seems better than other weather watch faces in terms of battery drain.

Become buggy all of sudden. Wear screen doesn't switch to ambient intermittently so battery gets drained and complications don't launch at all. Shame because this was a good app.

OH MY GOD, WHY DO OPTIONS SCROLL DOWN WHEN I SWIPE UP?? This is not intuitive and is hugely frustrating! Combined with settings options being far too sensitive—touching anywhere on an option, even just to scroll, selects it—made setting this up more trouble than it was worth! The features are great, but this issue is seriously problematic. I can't even consider buying the paid version.

I've used this over 2 years and still LOVE it. I can quickly see the weather AND my fitness steps. It is great for travel! The team responds quickly to requests. This should be standard on my moto 360. They keep adding newer features. You can have it as a watch face and run the app on the watch to see additional weather, fitness or your last camera picture. It is great if you have weather than changes a lot, or you travel to distant places (and see the weather before getting there) or just watch the forecast for your current location.

I'm sorry but ur watch is worthless without this app ???? just try it they already give trial premium with all features. Thx to the developers ????

Love these watch faces!!! The free version has tons of options as well as visually interesting and informative watch faces. I, also, find refeshing the lack of hard sell to get you to upgrade to the paid version. The free has been such a full experience that upgrading to the paid version seems like it will be a great investment at a minimal price.

I loved this watch face for two years. Since most recent update, watch faces no longer appear in app or on watch for selection. Broken!

Have Huawei watch 2 with 4g and GPS, and still the location will not work without the phone connected to the watch. So basically without phone (even though I have phone in the watch) it is useless

Does not work with my LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE for some reason now. Please reply. because if it does not, I would pullout my subscription. I used to love it but now that it does not work, there is no point of keeping it. Giving you 1 star not for hating it but the fact that it does not work anymore.

This is a scam... I paid for the year of service then found out my watch isn't supported. And they say I can uninstall the app but they keep my money... That is bullcrap... That is ILLIGAL ... Extortion... Do not but anything from here or down load anything. The software is extremely so w anyway...

The app does not do anything. It says it gas demo and free features. I could not get any of them to work. It will not change the watch face.

Using a Galaxy S6 with a moto 360 smart watch. All up to date on software, this program did not work on the watch and the widget was not user friendly.

So frustratingly close to what I want, but as it stands, I wouldn't use any of the watch faces as regular drivers. Fundamentally, even when you use the"use interactive face in ambient mode" option, you don't get a match of the interactive face. The analogue versions tends to lose their backgrounds, making them less visible and the digital faces grey the fonts for the the and date, but confusingly keep the forecast data white - again, just leave the ambient a mirror image of the interactive option! If you want to make a dimmer ambient option, just make that a slider and that'll keep everyone happy! Sadly 3 stars given the watch faces aren't visible without touching the screen or lifting the watch to view them (I can't read the text with a glance down when sitting at a desk for instance) could easily be a 5 star app with some pretty basic tweaks!

Your just spoilt for choice with the watch faces as they are all so good. Definitely the best watch faces app, i have ever downloaded​.

Since the latest update, the forecast doesn't update automatically on my Moto 360. I have to manually sync from within the phone app to get an updated observation and forecast.
