I had suffered from insomnia for years until I found this app. I have been using it for a few months and have gotten more sleep in them more than I have in a long time. Love the new layout! So much easier to use on the LG Risio.

Perfect and it works. Give it at least 2 tries. You can feel the difference. Relax don't worry about catching every word. Once you get use to her words you will hear what she is saying. :)

The lady talks so fast you barely get a chance to listen to what she is saying and imagine the bloody garden or the stairs. I honestly felt more anxious after listening to that stupid lady for 3 minutes than I did when I first layed down. SLOW DOWN LADY!, LET ME FREAKIN RELAX ALREADY!!!
