When I launch the app few days ago, I can successfully login into my account and everything was fine, but now I don't know why the app always showing a blank page on the service tab, and I cannot login. I tried to reinstall again, same result, permissions are granted for the app, please help.

There is no notification pop up whenever there is an update on the submission progress. This app never reminds you have to submit additional materials!
