Ihr seid doch die Besten, jetzt brauche ich nicht einmal mein SBB-Konto zu migrieren weil ich mein Ticket ganz einfach mit eurer App lösen kann. Weiter ist eure App viel übersichtlicher, am Ende steht bei euch vorbildlich alles zur Kontrolle. Wenn man jetzt noch die Schrift vergrössern könnte das wäre obergenial. Aber schon so ist es eine extrem gute App für den Ticketkauf

Doesn't work on Nexus 6p or Pixel if 'display size' changed in settings from default to small. It's very sad, that it doesn't work, especially now, when SBB app hardly usable.

Problem tritt immer noch auf (2017/06/18). Google LG Nexus 5x unter Android 7.1.2 nicht unterstützt. Noch dazu meldet die App dies erst kurz vor Ende des Bezahlprozesses (was anscheinend am Start der Ticket App Aus der Fahrplan App heraus liegt). Ist die Bildschirmgrösse 1920 × 1080 ein Problem?

Schwache Leistung, da hätte man die Möglichkeit auf Ticket Rabatt und wird Benachteiligt mit einer neuen Android Version. Was muss das wohl für ein Super tolles Feature sein, welches auf neuen Versionen nicht mehr gehen soll? Daten und Cache Löschen hat nichts bewirkt.

Sehr zufrieden. Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: "Gültig ab" manuell einstellbar machen, nicht nur "sofort". Streckennetz in der App integrieren, nicht nur ein PDF zum Download. "Ermässigt" zu "Halbtax" oder "Ermässigt oder Halbtax" umbenennen.

How bad is it possible to make an app? The app refuses to start on Nexus devices saying that it doesn't support the device. The SBB app is good. Get that instead.

Die App ist sehr einfach und praktisch zu verwenden. Leider ist es nicht einfach zu finden nachdem man es installiert hat. Beim Google Launcher kann man apps suchen wenn man teil vom Titel eintippt. Leider ist diese App nicht in der Treffer Liste angezeigt wenn man nach "ZVV" sucht. Wenn man in Android 7 in der Display Einstellungen einer Nexus 6P die Displaygröße auf "klein" einstellt zeigt die Anwendung die Meldung "Diese App wird durch ihren Gerätetyp nicht unterstützt". Um die App verwenden zu können muss mann immer diese Einstellung auf "Default" temporär zurücksetzen.

I used to use ZVV plan app for searching route and time,and pay through SBB app. It worked flawlessly. Now it is forced to use ZVV ticket app to pay, fine if it would be the same convince,but it is absolutely NOT! First it is pure German. Second, the User menu is confusing.I paid a ticket, but the screen doesn't look like a ticket. I almost bought another same ticket through SBB because I was not sure if I bought successfully from ZVV, until I log-in my e-bank and found my credit card was debited!

The app is great, I don't know why it has so many negative reviews, people must understand that this app is mainly intended for locals not for foreigners, of course English and French could be added in order to improve the app.
