With "Webcam to Android", you can connect an unlimited number of webcams, simply open the list of available connections, select and connect.
Download the server (compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8) here : https://sites.google.com/site/mlccamserver and follow the installation instructions.
Download and install the Server, as many times as computers you have, it's totally free.
The server sends the audio and video from your PC to your android device
Please, before you buy the Android application, download the server and make sure it shows the image of your webcam.
The connection accepts IP address and Dynamic DNS Services, as well as WiFi and 3G/4G.
How it works:
- Run the Server (Windows), choose local ip, enter a port number and a password. Press the LISTEN button.
- Run "Webcam to Android" on your Android device, enter the server's public IP (or Server's private IP, if you are on the same network) and the same port and password you typed in the server. Press the Connect button.
To connect via 3G/4G you must configure your router (port forwarding), if you have questions of how to do it send me an email to lairontpv@gmail.com.

After I updated the is now a huge orange control button the blocks out the upper right hand corner of the picture. And the sound is unavailable unless you download something to your computer which I'm wary of.

WEBCAM IS EXCELLENT. ITS SIMPLE AND WORKS ON LOW BANDWIDTH ALSO. I USE 256kbps BSNL DATAONE FOR UPLOAD AND 2G INTERNET ON MOBILE, STILL I GET REASONABLE GOOD VIDEO. I JUST USED A SIMPLE WEBCAM AND THIS APP AND MY SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM IS COMPLETE. IT HAS GOT AUDIO WITH VIDEO. I TRIED A LOT OF APPS BEFORE BUYING IT. ITS THE BEST AMONG ALL FOR THIS PURPOSE i.e. WEBCAM TO ANDROID. ONE CAN TRY THE TRIAL VERSION. ITS STREAMS 3 SEC VIDEO AFTER EVERY 15 SEC. DON'T FORGET TO DO PORT SETTING IN ADSL MODEM ROUTER. LAST BUT NOT THE EMAIL SUPPORT IS JUST FANTASTIC AND VERY FRIENDLY.

I downloaded and configured no less the 12 apps. None of them worked. "server not available", "user id wrong", "cannot connect",....MlcCamServer works! It is super easy and quick to setup. The refresh rate is great, too.

Everything works as it supposed to be but live image quality need to be improved further. Even at the highest quality, it is still blurry in my tablet.
