About Spamzee - report spam messages
How many times have you cursed the telemarketers for disturbing you with promotional calls or messages? Ever considered registering your number in the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry but don't know how?
Enter Spamzee.
With Spamzee, you can report spam calls and messages to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
Spamzee allows you to register for the DND service, which blocks most of the spam messages and calls. If you receive spam even after registering for DND, you can report it from the app, and the number will be deactivated (yes, wiped from existence) in a few days. It's as simple as that.
In the long run, this will help put an end to spam senders. The idea is to help you report the pesky calls to TRAI and help them take action against telemarketers who do not abide by the rules.

If the sender address is something like IZ-ABC, the complaint is registered. If thr sender is something like 612345, its not. I have emailed you a screenshot. Please take a look.

Not working on Jio. I get a reply 'invalid option' upon sending the SMS. Edit: Yes I have registered for DND. It even crashes while sending SMS and I had to enable 'edit before sending' for it to even send the SMS. Highly buggy app.

I have used this app.i got immediate response from trai,& my mobile phone service provider...they took immediate action against the spammers,telemarketers,previously,even if i was registered in DND,i received such unwanted calls n messages....after i have complained to TRI against such.......now,idon't have any fear from unwanted calls and messages,Spamzee solve my tension regarding all those..... really a amazing application.

This app notifies the URAI about all the spammers, and you get an immediate text back informing you about the DND process.

Perfect!after update the option has been enabled to edit description of call before sending in dual sim phone! However earlier this app used to auto identify the sim where the message or call was received,now while on click to report the option is gone,i.e. now editing option opens in default message app ,but sim no is required to define while selecting message to report. Again one has to check in which sim the call or message was received.
