Just got my order. In love with this app!!!

Lord jesus this is the best thing known to man! I tried this app, very hesitant i must say, but i got my delivery from a local store and i just couldnt believe it! No more traveling to the store for me

My daughter said, "there's an app for that" and after I stopped laughing I looked for one. I had my order in about 25 minutes. Awesome! Will use this again!

Every time I enter the promo code that was sent in the mail, the app crashes. I cannot place an order so I give up.

Just want to read the reviews before i use this service

Fantastic service!

My new favorite way to order alcohol. They just need to work on their filtering system. It is actually cheaper for me to order from a distant liquor store using minibar than buy from the expensive liquor store down the street.

Why give me old wine??? Bought wine and it was clearly old. Tasted like vinegar. Like this app. Like some of the things I've got from it, disappointed I paid $12 for a bottle that went down the sink. Because it was old and tasted like straight up vinger. My bartender bf confirmed it was old wine. Sucks to blow money because a company doesn't care about quality control. The other (nonwine) stuff was good. Its a shame.

Easy to order. Store was out of stock on one item but they still called first to see if i wanted something different instead and even upgraded me to a more expensive brand without extra cost. Delivery was fast, driver was super nice.

Terrible!!DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Had an order cancelled for no reason and no notification. Took a manager three days to call me back and credit my account back for the cancelled delivery. Caused great embarrassment to me as my dinner party was left without the order that was conformed. Minibar was not able to offer any hospitality for the nonsense they caused. do not try my any means.

My wife and I have used it a few times. Delivery times are never less than an hour, considering the stores are only a few blocks away. 3 out of 4 deliveries have been wrong...not worth it.

Placed my first order. There is no tracking, no estimated delivery window provided, just zero transparency unless you call them. Called the number after 45 minutes just to set my expectations since this was my first experience. I was not combative in any way, simply asked the question and the agent was rude. Uninstalling ASAP

Unreliable. Canceled my order with no warning. Was good, but went downhill fast

A few of my Facebook friends recommended this app and simply blown away by how fast they were and how they called me to make sure my info was accurate and they'll be arriving shortly. Ordered at 8:37pm and was there for delivery at 8:50pm. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I travel to many cities for work and I've never heard of this type service before. I chose MINIBAR to download and try and I'm so happy I did. I'm in a large Motor Coach at the American Airlines Center in Miami at nearly 11 PM. I created an account and placed an order for some premium spirits and within 30 minutes a polite and courteous driver showed up at my bus door with my delivery. Quick and flawless,finally a service that does what it claims. Thanks Minibar!

This app was really great until it started spamming notifications. Developers: This is the fastest way to get your app uninstalled.

took 3 hours for 2 6-packs to arrive from a store 5 blocks away. customer service was very nice & responsive, and the delivery guy was super kind as well, but I could have gone to a different state for alcohol faster than this. the initial $5 coupon is not worth that wait.

Terrible. Orders take hours longer than promised, and arrive incorrect by rude, lazy delivery services. No one is willing to accept responsibility for anything. Save your time and sanity by skipping this one.

Why do you need my device and call information? Please be respectful and transparent in your update logs when requesting new permissions. Thanks. The service is usually pretty good here in NYC.

Good drivers, but alcohol costs more than store, orders have to be a $25 minimum, $5 dollar delivery fee which doesn't include tip, and no tobacco.

Please remove notification badge (can't remove it on galaxy s7), or provide a toggle option.

Ordered from here and ordered dinner at the same time. Dinner was cooked, delivered and eaten, and still no delivery. I called customer service to ask and they said it would be delivered in 10 minutes or less. After a half hour, I had to call and cancel the order.

Good news: They delivered within an hour. Weird: The guy and his wife delivering couldn't walk a straight line, so safe to say they were sippin' the stash! He gave me a bag of wine from his trunk (I ordered 2 cases of beer), and didn't try to take the wine back when I told him it wasn't mine (I made him). Verdict: Though convenient, I'll never pay that much for a drunk guy to deliver warm beer again.

You stl aren't available in my area, nor my friends. Also I work for a store that uses minibar. I am one of the delivery driver it sucks when you drive 30 min in your car only to get a $2 tip and a rude customers Or a really good tip only to find out its a fraud account. Also ratings have gone down due to apparent late orders. You do realize it's extremely hard when you have 4 orders all in different towns on opposite sides. Also it wastes time when I have to stand there waiting for customer to answer door.

Good customer service, excellent response time via text, haven't had any problems or issues. Well worth the $5.00 tax here in Austin TX where they've given the police license and incentive to be out in droves hunting for DWI / DUI at any cost.

So they'll let you put in an order with a store that is closed. I ordered on a Sunday night and it never showed up. Had to call and cancel the order in the morning. Maybe remove stores that are closed from availability listing? Or let users pick a store they want to order from. Probably not going to be able to use the promo code I had on the next order. So I won't be trying again.

I have ordered alcohol and beer through this app multiple times with no issues and great service.

Try shopping and it just loads ad infinitum.

App makes it super easy to order what you need. Used it for the first time to have a gift delivered, super simple & quick!

They don't deliver beer. Just wine and alcohol.
