Ive uninstalled and tried a bunch of stuff including uninstalling and reinstalling pokemon i never turned on mock location it just says failed to locate gps. Now how do i fix???

My boyfriend and I have GPS tracking apps on our phones so we always know where each other are. This gives me the ability to easily say I'm some where else and have the tracking app not say that I'm out of network.
