Not consistent

I have had this service for more than a year and I haven't had any problems. It services my needs and I am 100% satisfied.

The service is so unstable!!! I cant login to both website and app. I am get error...

It used to be a great app. I never had issues loading faxes. Now it fails to log in repeatedly-even after closing and reopening the app. Once logged in, it will show "No Faxes". The email version is still nice but I'm seriously considering changing services.

Won't let me sign in (I know the password is correct). Then tells me I've been locked out to prevent fraud. What the hell?!?

The company that owns this is J2 Global out of Hollywood. They have some shady business practices. If you want to spend your money with a company that has morals, steer clear of these guys. If you decide to do business with them, make sure to read ever single clause in their Terms of Service.

Unreliable. Have had to reinstall multiple times.

I have been used meteo fax before the applications exits. The problem is that after you sent a fax you lost track. Because in the "sent" folder always said " server error" You will never know what happen with your fax

Your app sucks! I can't even sign up, takes me to sign in page with no other options!

Inefficient app with no developing concept. Get it together MetroFax. There are plenty of outlines for decent apps you can go off of.

I have had this service for many years on my pc. So many years that I lost track long ago. I am excited to find the mobile app.The small fee per month was more than I wanted to pay for the handful of faxes I send each year but I paid it because the service was always reliable. That was not the case with other services I tried. Their prices have gone up since I started with them but they kept my service at the original rate. Most companies would not reward their start up customers in this way. It has been a blessing to know I can meet the demand of the occasional legal or medical professional who insists I reply to their requests by fax. I am not able to run around town looking for a fax machine and fear letting some shady online company handle my most important documents. I am not affiliated with this company in any way. I saw some bad reviews here and felt I should applaud their good service and price.

Just downloaded but the app is experiencing server issues and can't see sent faxes.

Not consistent

No complaints at all. The app works great for my Note 3. In fact, I researched this app when my faxes are getting lost in the office. I can fax and receive them from my desktop or in the field with the app.

I use metrofax for my business. It is the most affordable electronic fax service on the market by far. The desktop version is flawless. Sometimes this app has server errors which simple requires closing and reopening app. Overall it is excellent. When i have any serious problem which is maybe once a year customer service is fantastic.

This app hasn't worked properly since I've had it. It's always crashing. I can very rarely if ever have access to my sent folder. Notifications never work. Good concept but poor performance and application

I been using this app for few years now. Its always worked great....but lately few of my employees and I have had nothing but problems..and customer service .....what a joke.... They always have the same answer ...o well dropping my 7 accounts and going to a different service

Tried several times to get this to work, and even contacted customer support. Still no luck. Seriously thinking my subscription

Can never retrieve faxes to sent folder always get "error"

As I must admit the service works good however their salespeople tell you that its 7 dollars and 95 cents a month but what they don't tell you is if you are late with your payment they charge you eight dollars and 50 cents plus the $7.95 if you have it attached to your bank account instead of just closing your account they continue to charge you until you call them and close your account. So unless you send and receive several facts in a month this is not a good service.

Nothing ever works consistently. I was able to login through their web page but can't log in with the same login info through the app. Attaching documents is a hassle and successfully sending faxes is even worse. It use to be so easy to send a fax through their app in know its a mission.

Im using it to only send out faxes and the customer care asked me to check the emails for confirmation as the "app was not designed to notify within the app" and write the comment here for the developers to look into.. So here I'm!....update...I'm also starting to realize that the fax delivery is very unpredictable too...guess i have to look for other apps...update.. 2.7.14....realized it won't notify on the device for incoming faxes either.

Server issues are non stop! POOR QUALITY FUNCTIONALITY. Constantly force closes and sent message folder never updates. Need to fix ASAP. I'LL BE SWITCHING SOON IF NOT FIXED.

Faxing is unpredictable. When receiving faxes it seems to be stuck and won't display fax. Please fix!
