食物アレルギー表

食物アレルギー（しょくもつアレルギー）は、原因食物を摂取した後に免疫学的機序を介して起こる生体にとって不利益な症状（皮膚、粘膜、消化器、呼吸器、アナフィラキシー反応など）と定義されている。
食品によっては、アナフィラキシーショックを発生して命にかかわることもある。
乳幼児から幼児期にかけては食物アレルギーの主要な原因として鶏卵と牛乳がその半数以上を占める。青年期になるにつれて甲殻類が原因の事例が増え、牛乳が減る。成人期以降では、甲殻類、小麦、果物、魚介類といったものが主要なアレルギーの原因食品となる。
日本では食品衛生法第19条に基づき「食品衛生法第十九条第一項の規定に基づく表示の基準に関する内閣府令」別表第四で「特定原材料」として指定する品目について表示の義務づけがなされており、また、その他の一定の品目について「特定原材料に準ずるもの」として通知により表示することが奨励されている。
当アプリは、特定原材料７品目、特定原材料に準ずるもの１８品目を収録し、その材料がどのような料理又は加工品に使われているかを記したものです。
今はまだ料理又は加工品の品目が少ないですが、アップデータにて品目を増やしていければと思っております。

当アプリは全ての料理又は加工品を記しているものではありません。当アプリに記載のないものでもアレルギー物質が含まれる場合がございます。飲食される場合は製品の表示の確認や、調理者、販売者にアレルギー物質の有無をご確認下さい。
