How can you not know if 'Binoculars Macro Shooting 30X' is yours? It is a 100% exact duplicate and the listing says it is by the same George Agbalyan. Just search that title. Beyond that, it could use a stabilizer. I presume the square in the lower left corner is to take a picture. All I get is a black screen.

After about 7x nothing is in focus, so enlarging further is pointless. Also unless the camera is completely stationary it is virtually impossible to even see what you're aiming at. I'm highly suspicious of the high rating others have given it.
