Your Battery Drainer

My phone has been restarting when doing stuff, seemed to only happen when not plugged in, but no way to bs sure. Got this app to put a big power load on my phone. Ran it plugged in, phone didnt restart. Ran it not plugged in, phone restarted. I confirmed the battery is bad and ordered a new one, ill try this again when I get the new battery. Suggestion, it would be cool if it said what model battery you are using. Like for me, LG G3 battery model BL-53YH. Also, it could have a link to order a replacement. Or diagnostics tools, like comparing my battery with a baseline for a brand new battery. Or graph battery voltage with repect to time and load the app is putting on it. Eitherway, its great as is, and served its purpose for my need.

Li-Ion batteries are recommended to be kept charged within 25% - 85% of their max capacity. For long storage: 30% - 40%. Discharging down to 0% and charging up to 100% used to be done on Ni-Cd and Ni-MH batteries to remove memory charge. Doing so on a Li-Ion battery will significantly decrease the battery life.

Performs as advertised. Bought an extended battery for GNEdge and this is speeding up the calibration cycles. Still takes hours to drain but makes the phone an Android Pocket Handwarmer, the CPU is flopping hotcore. Screen chart widget fails to redraw on return from app switch, sometimes crashes. Otherwise when left alone this will drain your phone AQAP.

THIS IS AMAZING I actually managed to fix my battery draining by using this app when I don't wanna use the phone and not put it to charge. First I kill (almost all) the battery life, then I let it completely charge. I have a full battery alarm too, so it really helps to not let it unnecesarely long to charge.

wrong description, it offer much more testing purposes than nothing more. sometimes it happens that when you install new roms, or recovery system with cwm/twrp, battery shows wrong percentage, to re calibrate battery, you need to fully empty your battery and charge it full at once.

Props to the Dev. Extremely useful tool and works exactly as described. I'm using this tool to test various kernel tweaks to address that annoying battery calibration issue on Nougat. I'm on a Nexus 6P, 7.1.1 Benzo Rom, BenzoCore Kernel, rooted)

Suggestions : add a lower limit to drain to, display Cpu %age in use (currently it doesn't show a number). Thank you for a great app

Very nice app. I accidentally searched this app because i just want make sure if this type of works people do or not. Then i installed your app for to stop may data usage by my friends(by draining battery quickly ) . So tried its all features & i love it. Zerolemons last long and it needs 6 drains and fully charges to be calibrated right. Love this app

Its a good battery draining app and it does use 82-94% of my phone's CPU but can you add a feature that this app will use all the CPU threads

Got a 1000 mah battery and downloaded this to cycle the battery keep it running bang on ..... this does exactly as advertised and its FREE
