Terrible experience. Second time ordering it added a whole other sandwich to my total that I didn't order and I ended up getting charged for it. When I tried to contact them I found nothing online in terms of email or number I can use. And through the app the support tab doesn't function properly. I can type a description of my problem but there is no submit button, seems to be a bug with the app or something that caused all this in the first place. Very disappointed!

The app is a great idea. Love how easy it was. Wish there was an option to add comments to your order. For example, no bun for your burger, sauce on the side, etc.

Some restaurants have been unable to process orders online for weeks and the support page keeps failing.

I Love this app especially being on the go so often I can order 15 minutes before I know I will be there to pick it up and it is always ready when I get there! Skip the line and get hangry

I wanted to contact support, but there is no button for me to submit my inquiries after typing the questions and descriptions.

Super convenient for anyone on campus! Could use customizations on some meals but im sure thats coming!

So many things are wrong with this app. A monkey could have developed something that was more intuitive. The UI is not user friendly and the support function doesn't even have a button to submit. When ordering from Subway it doesn't even have all the topping selections. This is only some of the problems I discovered in 10 minutes of use. Do not support this app!

After ordering from my mobile phone and reaching the line, our order was not made. We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. Not impressed.

It's easy to order, but it's frustrating that locations don't offer everything on their menu
